Loved staying at this property. The concerige team was very responsive and made sure any concerns that I had were swiftly addressed and accommodated.

Jon was a very considerate host - checking in with us multiple times during our stay, confirming that 'Southern Hospitality' is a true thing in South Carolina! The description of the home was accurate. We appreciated a true gas grill on the patio (not a cheap choice just because it's a rental as we've seen so many times!) The pool was larger than perceived on the photos and was super easy to keep clean with the supplied skimmer. Lastly, Jon was attentive and understanding when we let him know that we had a breakage in the home. He immediately sought to fix it, came prepared to spend as little time in the property as possible and fixed it with zero issue or blame on us!

Joshua was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had about the area. The house was beautiful and a great little spot for a small group of friends or family.

We stayed here for my bachelorette and had a wonderful time! The house is decorated nicely with plenty of amenities and features. The backyard and pool area are stunning. Location is quiet and check-in was very simple. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s home! It was a very nice neighborhood and the pool was not far away. The home was very clean when we arrived, and Jennifer was very responsive to our needs and responded very quickly if we had an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The house was very spacious. Roumen was fantastic and very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. He also responded to emails within the hour no matter how late we emailed him. We would definitely stay again.

I would have to say JIM’s place is marvelous. The yard was peaceful. The backyard was amazing. The sitting areas and the gardens were absolutely beautiful and the fact that he had beach chairs and such available for his guests was great. The cottage itself was really beautiful, loved it and spacious to boot.

Great location, very clean house, nice patio and porches on both sides. could not figure out to make the refrigerator get colder and it was slightly smaller than most, but this was not an issue that effected my stay. great house overall.

Home looked like photos, clean with eclectic decor, all necessities provided plus extras (some candy, snacks, nice coffee station). The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. About a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Charleston. Tony was responsive and addressed any needs promptly.

This Airbnb was great for our group! They had a well stocked home with plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, detergents etc.. lots of beds as well! Unfortunately the pool was not included, we must have missed that in the description when we booked, “membership” for the pool club area is like $25 a person. Overall very happy with our stay!!! :)

I would absolutely stay in this charming little house again! It was really comfortable, even for six adults, and there were so many nice touches throughout. I think our favorite part was the back porch--so comfortable and peaceful! We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the cool morning and evening air. I will admit: when I read that it was across the street from a CVS, I thought "UH OH. I should have read it more carefully!". But the neighborhood was very peaceful, and, quite frankly, the CVS was really convenient! I never had to go to a grocery store as I was able to supplement the food I had brought with milk, butter, and a few other items by just walking over to CVS. I loved the location and the house itself is lovely and comfortable. Deborah was a great hostess and very responsive to the questions I threw at her. She was terrific and I will definitely look for this house again the next time I travel to Charleston.

What a beautiful place to stay the town of Summerville is amazing and people are extremely friendly. Dana and Craig’s place was easily accessible, but what I liked the most was the peace and quiet.. The interior was very clean very well decorated. Adorable cottage it is! Thank you!

Finding this place was a blessing. Normally one day expects issues or surprises, BUT from driving into the driveway, to going up the steps and into the house, we were all WOWED! This place was clean, well stocked for everyday use and Peaceful. We were in the area for a memorial service and staying at this location and place, made a bad situation, so much better. We cannot Thank Alex enough for such a great place. Chuck

The place is as nice as it looks in the photos. Very spacious and comfortable. I agree with other reviews that initially the neighborhood doesn’t look all that great, but it ends up being very quiet and safe. We’d definitely stay here again

The property was accurately described. We were very comfortable. Communication with Emily was easy. Check-in was easy. The house was clean & welcoming. The location is convenient. I highly recommend this home.
