Condo vacation rentals in Belleair Beach

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Beautiful location, a very clean complex the apartment itself was in great shape and provided of all the amenities. The host was very welcoming and a great communicator. The pool area and Tiki bar were a big hit. Great food and drinks. We loved that they served breakfast, which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The view was fantastic. It was quiet and close to anywhere we needed or wanted.

The condo was clean and quiet. A nice place for a couples getaway and a quick walk to the beach. The Italian cafe a minute walk down the road was GREAT.

We had a great time. The beach was awesome. There is a huge sandbar that we could walk out to depending on the tides. Our three kids enjoyed the extras that were left over so they had plenty of peach toys. There is a restaurant across the street and we were fortunate to go out fishing and bring back fish that the restaurant happily cooks for us with sides or as tacos. We walked to Johns pass and enjoyed all of the shops and a couple drinks. This is an amazing location and the host is super accommodating. It has everything you need for a great vacation. We look forward to coming back very soon. Definitely five stars.!!

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

Well, where to start! Firstly, it’s not very often that the pictures and description of a property don’t do it justice. A true pice of paradise. We even survived our first hurricane!! But it wasn’t without the help of hosts, being extremely responsive, helpful and going the extra mile. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. I escaped MN to find this hidden gem! It was everything I could have asked for and more! I enjoyed the pool throughout my stay and catched a glimpse of a few dolphins. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was quiet. There was SPF and aloe in the bathroom cabinet which was perfect because I needed both! Walmart is a short uber away for all of your grocery needs. Doc’s next door was great to walk to for a quick dinner and drinks. The only hiccup I experienced was that pest control needed to enter the unit to spray and didn’t give Alison much notice so she could ensure I was out of the unit. I can’t wait to come back to this gem next year!

We arrived to a perfectly welcoming space that immediately felt like a wonderful home away from home. Everything you could have wanted or needed was there. We were very happy with the quick responses from the Host, Sandra. She was available for any questions we had. We loved the condo, the grounds, and the area with shops and restaurants. My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful area. There were only two of us but it was large enough for a family of 4 to 6 very comfortably. We did not cook but the kitchen is equipped for everything you would need to prepare meals for sure. The pool was warm as I dipped in my toe to check it. You can walk through the pool area directly onto a private path directly to the beach. There was a blanket and beach towels setting for us. The forecast was for rain but God blessed us with 2 beautiful sunny days. 😍

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Tina's place was perfect for us, clean, neat, with all the supplies we needed for the beach. Grocery store and CVS are both right there and beach is just across the street from them. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Tina for hosting us!!!

Very comfortable and clean. The apartment is stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. George did not skimp out in making this place nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful experience!! This condo is even nicer than the pictures! We absolutely loved the view, loved the onsite restaurant, and loved the live music. We hung out on the balcony and enjoyed a spectacular sunset paired with fun live music from the restaurant down below. Parking was a breeze. The security guard was super nice. Pro tip : don’t park in the front of the resort - you have a long walk to the condo with your luggage if you do. Also - there are elevators in the middle of the resort. Something else we didn’t know about bc we parked in front and never noticed them. The resort is quiet, and so lively at the same time. It was so relaxing and a very much needed reset! We will absolutely be back for our next Tampa staycation.

Matt was the best at explaining everything and. Was so quick. To respond and answer and questions I had as well as give me great info around the area. Would rent from him again for sure and recommend him to anyone looking for a great place and helpful with any questions you might have.

This unit was a beautiful and quiet place to stay. Albert was attentive to what we needed. We would stay here again!

Rich’s place was great. I always like to stay near water and this couldn’t be closer. Always something to look at and the sunsets were spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was very comfy. Overall, highly recommended for a short or long stay.

We had an amazing stay. We loved all the amenities. The condo was gorgeous. A super comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient for breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner every night because there are so many great restaurants in Clearwater and the surrounding communities. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such an amazing place!

Great place, clean, and small necessities available that are difficult to travel with (beach cooler and chairs, laundry detergent and basket). The beach was very close and the pool was huge, clean and warm.
