This property was absolutely perfect! Location was perfect for the wedding we attended and made it super easy to navigate.

Great stay in FMB, we stayed on the upper floor of the house. Very nice space with ample room and a great balcony to relax on with a beach view. Enjoyed the visit and hope to be back sometime for a longer stay!

Literally steps from Vanderbilt Beach and Delmore Wiggins State Park. The studio condo was clean and just as described here n the listing. David is a responsive host. I'm from out of state and decided not to rent a car. Just be advised that you'll need to use Ubers to get to shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. Wonderful first visit to Naples.

Great place to stay while in town for a fishing trip! No frills but probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Like…spotless. Furniture in the living room appeared to be brand new, same with bedrooms. The mattresses were super comfortable and I slept really well which isn’t something i can always say. Not a lot of hosts spend much time or money on nice mattresses but Amanda most certainly did! Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Everything looked just like the pictures - great (and clean) bathroom, too! We visited during off-season so a ride down to the beach was only $5-10 and only took a few minutes! We kayaked in the mangroves in the backyard which was a really cool experience. The bed was comfy, the A/C was perfect and the kitchen came in handy for slow mornings (highly recommend eating your breakfast in the screen porch). Overall, a great time at a great place.

Very cozy place to say, clean and reasonable price. I definitely stay there again next time I travel to the area.

This was a great stay with my girlfriend over the Memorial Day weekend. The host was very responsive and flexible with the check out time. We appreciate all of the recommendations Andy provided and had a great time exploring the area!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place and she was so kind and helpful with easy check-in/out, along with great activity and dinning recommendations. It was clean with great location and had a beautiful view. Wish we could have stayed longer but can’t wait to come back. Thank you again for making our Anniversary trip so special :)

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the beach. Hailey had chairs and umbrellas for us to use which allowed us to spend most of our days relaxing on the beach. The only negative about Bonita is how small it is. We unfortunately didn’t have a car so getting to restaurants was an expensive uber (not hosts fault), highly recommend having a way to get around. Overall a great place to stay!

Our stay in Cape Coral with Caleb was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Caleb was an excellent host with great communication throughout our visit. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We had a great time here! We had an issue with wifi one time and she immediately helped me fix it! We hope to go back next year!!!

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

Josh is a great host and is very responsive to any questions I had. The unit was accurately described, very clean, and very well stocked to get you started for your stay. The unit has a beautiful view, the pool is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Linens and towels were well stocked. The washer and dryer was an added convenience. Highly recommend this property and unit. Josh is extremely easy to work with. He took care of every detail from the welcome water bottles in the refrigerator to the very detailed book that includes details on the unit and favorite restaurants in the area. The added bonus was the beautiful weather!

Amazing private beach and beautiful house. The interior was beautifully decorated and everything you would expect for this price. The beach "stuff" was awesome, everything my kids, wife, and I could want. The ground level area might have been my personal favorite; nice breeze in the shade to chill and hydrate while my kids took afternoon rests upstairs!! I would also point out that the amount of "kitchen equipment" was a standout - everything your kids could want down to cups with straws, all kinds of small appliances, every cooking tool, and a dedicated ice maker!! N. Captiva basically has no grocery, so be thoughtful about what you need and bring everything you want to eat and drink!!

Margarita’s place was very nice. The area is safe and location is great for Vanderbilt beach. Nice neighborhood! Communication with Margarita was easy. Thank you for the stay!

Loved our stay. Renee was AWESOME. Responded to every question within minutes. Suggestions for places to go and places to eat were spot on today the least. Centrally located with easy access to all Points of interest. Very quiet. Clean. Can’t say enough about Renee and her place. Will definitely be back.
