This sweet DADU was perfect for my short stay. Quiet neighborhood walkable to Wash Park and coffee shops and restaurants. Sabrina was a great host - available for questions about the neighborhood. Comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Kitchen island worked well for a few work meetings. Might feel a little small for two people if they both wanted to work from there, but otherwise quite sweet for a couple. Would definitely stay again when next in Denver.

Joanne was super detailed in her instructions and offered up lots of local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The location and accommodation was perfect for my almost 2 week stay. 5 Stars across the board.

Location was great for a few reasons. We were in town to visit our daughter who lives just a few blocks away. The area is beautiful for walking and there are several nice coffee shops just a few blocks away. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and quiet! We'll stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy touches throughout the home. It felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Beautifully designed and private, walking distance to pearl st where there was so much going on! An art walk and farmers market plus all the brick and mortar shops and restaurants. We had an amazing time.

This was our first time in an Airbnb. Claire's carriage house has set the standard high. It had everything we needed and then some. We had two dogs with us and I love that the shared fenced back yard was lit and the dogs were free to go out. The pictures are spot on. The bedroom is a very relaxing space. The check in was super easy. Of course I had a ton of questions before I rented and while we were there since this was our first Airbnb stay. Claire responded right away and I never felt like I was bothering her. She was VERY accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s place! We instantly felt at home in her clean, well cared for space. She was a very attentive and responsive host who genuinely cares for her guests comfort. We would definitely stay at Rachel’s place again the next time we visit Denver.

Wonderful place to stay! The bed was so cozy and slept better than I have for years on it as it was like being on a cloud! Everything is top notch. The only thing is they do not have a stove. They do have an air fryer. But everything else was perfect.

Overall, great stay and enjoyed how clean this property was. Fully stocked with whatever guests need. would totally recommend booking here

Very cute spot. Instructions were very well detailed but made the process easy to get through at check in. The space is small but very well done. Wish it had been warmer so we could have opened up the garage door!

Benjamins carriage house was perfect for our Denver weekend getaway. It was cozy and in such a great location. We will definitely be back.

Truly the best Airbnb ever! So impressed with the modern, efficient design, and roominess of the unit. Feel like it would be easy to stay a month or more! Everything was easy, clean and inviting. I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks and loved every second of it. I felt like I was on a treehouse retreat even though I was in town for work. The space is clean and bright, the bed is comfy, and I enjoyed doing yoga under the sky lights where squirrels were running around on the branches outside. The kitchen set-up is simple yet it fulfilled my cooking needs. The location is so lovely for walks and it’s easy to get to other places in Denver from there. I can’t wait to stay here again. Better than the pictures! Extremely spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and just a really unique vintage vibe. Loved the binder with suggestions and a history of the carriage house. Only issue was that the wifi seemed to be spotty and slow which made checking into flights, booking Ubers and researching restaurants etc a little tricky. If you are travelling from outside of USA and staying here, consider purchasing a cellphone data package.

Best staycation!! My best friend of over 25 years whom lives in the springs and I live in noco an hour each to meet up. My goal is to move him up here!!
