Cool place to stay in the heart of Colfax, rad hot tub.

Todd really came through when I was in a jam. I had an emergency plumbing issue at my apartment and needed a place to stay last minute. His place was available and was able to get it ready for me very quickly. The place was comfy and cozy! I really enjoyed my stay. In a very stressful situation, I was so relieved to be able to stay at Todds. Highly recommend!

Billy was a responsive host and his place was clean and welcoming. Easy to check in and had parking in back. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay! Perfect for the three of us and for what we were there to do. Used to live in Denver and this location was easy to navigate to and from. East Colfax is bustling and full of energy, close to one of our favorite restaurants, Molotov and taprooms like Bruz and Cerebral. Amenities in the rental matched the listing, beds super comfy, kitchen stocked, and hot tub was exactly what we needed. Would 10/10 stay again.

Jeffrey’s place was perfect for our girls trip. The home is close to great restaurants, thrift shops, dispensaries and more. The home is spacious, comfy and private. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect, it felt like a spa. Jeffrey made sure that we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We really appreciate Jeffrey‘s hospitality. The home is in a nice neighborhood. We hung out in the patio and enjoyed the view of the city. We will definitely stay here again when in Denver.

Marnie's home is beautiful and welcoming! The home has a positive energy. It is impeccable, and provided space and amenities that made our stay work well! The location is near grocers, restaurants and stores. It was a perfect location for four of us during the holiday as it is three blocks from the family with whom we came to visit!

Ling and Chris were amazing hosts and so kind. They had a clean wonderful place and were amazing host. If we go to Denver again I hope we can stay again it was absolutely amazing.

This was the perfect spot for us. Exactly the right size with a lovely outdoor setting which we enjoyed in the late afternoons. Everything we needed was there! The beds and bedding were cozy. While there was a "country" feel to the decor, the bathroom was light and bright with beautiful sunlight pouring in. We read through all of Sheila's detailed restaurant suggestions and had the most delicious food but even in the house were able to make yummy coffee using her high end coffee maker (not to mention dip into the snack basket she so generously left for guests). I could go on but suffice it to say that Sheila went over and above for her guests, more so than any other AirBnB we have been to.

We had a wonderful few days over Thanksgiving staying at James’ house. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beds and linens were comfortable and felt nicer than what you may typically experience in an Airbnb. James was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Honestly this place is great! Everything you need for either short or long term stay. Perfect for two or as a solo traveler with your fur baby :) Will most definitely book again soon!

I would absolutely recommend and have plans to rebook when I’m in Denver next. Joanne was super detailed in her instructions and offered up lots of local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The location and accommodation was perfect for my almost 2 week stay. 5 Stars across the board.

Such a cute stay, close to downtown Denver!

We stayed at Vicky’s for a week in the late autumn, when it was quite chilly. Her home is as described “cozy” and we were very comfortable with all amenities and the very clean environment. We wish we could have enjoyed the backyard and patio, but it was a bit too cold. It looks very inviting. Vicky was always very responsive to any questions, and we plan to stay again on our next trip to Denver.

Place was just as shown and very comfortable. Place was quiet and walking distance to a coffee place. Very nice, just as shown and we enjoyed it!!

Michael made the Checkin so easy. He greeted me there to make certain that everything was as described and that I had everything I needed. Everything was perfect. This was a great choice!

A perfect location, beautiful view of the mountains, fully functional kitchen with all the tools to cook or bake anything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Walking trail very close as well as many shops, coffee shops, restaurants etc. A very walkable area. I would highly recommend.

This location was a good location in Aurora, close to softball fields and restaurants. I like to garage access, so you have a place for your vehicle inside. I would stay there again when in the area.
