Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Aptos

Sara's home was lovely and comfortable. Her gardens on the side of the house and outside a bedroom in front, were tranquil, colorful, magical places. I daydreamed about how she must have planted in stages over the years, planning blooms for the different seasons and assisted by her obvious green thumb. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home had everything we needed. Sara was very welcoming, leaving us a beautiful flower arrangement, and a water bowl and squeaking and crinkling toy for our dogs.

Kim and her husband are an incredible couple. Lots of history at this place. They do an incredibly beautiful job of making you feel right at home. If you want a private beach house getaway with stunning sunsets, friendly locals, and a place to recenter relax and recharge this is the spot! Nothing but kudos to these guys and the atmosphere they created for me and my partner. Take a relaxing bath after a day at the beach spotting otters, seals and whales - 5 min walk to the sand - and watch the owls on property fly around at twilight! Magic through and through. Such a beautiful home in an ideal location! We were able to walk to the Boardwalk as well as downtown. Honestly could not ask for more from the property or the host. Our family is already trying to plan for our next vacation and this is the place where we want to stay.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Really great location in the red woods. Perfect place to spend a quiet weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. The fridge had a whole entertainment component built in so it was nice to use to play music in the kitchen. The outdoor space is super private and the hot tub is so peaceful. Bathroom is nice. Shower is spacious. Comfortable sleeping options. Overall a clearly well loved and taken care of space.

Perfect house in every way!!!! The house is adorable, comfortable, accessible to every part of Santa Cruz and included every single item needed or wanted!! We will be back and are hoping that Colleen's house is available! one word on our host.... we stay in a number of Airbnb's and Colleen was PERFECT and I mean a PERFECT host.... Perfect stay!

We had a great time here - centrally located, close to the beach, and had everything we were looking for.

Great place and great location. The house has a great vibe and comfortable accommodations. Host keeps an office on site, but it’s fully separate from the house and we never noticed her.

Christine’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to grocery stores, coffee shop and some restaurants. Christine’s place is very cozy , beds are very comfortable , and kitchen is well equipped , would stay here again.

This is my 3rd stay at this lovely home. Lots of things to do nearby (great restaurants, an arcade and lots of little shops) and the beach is a short 5 minute walk from the place. There’s an excellent little coffee shop with the best mocha I’ve ever had right downstairs. The wifi connection is strong, beds are comfy and the place was impeccably clean per usual. It’s the perfect home away from home and we can’t wait to come back for round 4!!

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. Thank you so much for your offering, Mike, and I’ll definitely recommend it to others if there’s any chance!

What a special getaway for my birthday! Mickey and his wife are kind and friendly. The space has gorgeous views and I loved sitting in the garden and soaking up the sun.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Cynthia is responsive and seems to have a good experiance running ab&b rental. the location was great, the house is beautiful and Cynthia was a great host. we were there for a collage reunion and considered to reserve this venue again for future reunions. Thank you Cynthia.

Great location to surf Steamer Lane or walk the boardwalk in Santa Cruz. Very comfortable apartment outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. Couldn’t really have asked for more.

The place was very clean and the resort was really nice with a lot to do there and in the area. Both patios have great views. The rooms were also pretty big. I would go back to this air bnb.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

Location was perfect. The condo had everything you would need to enjoy your beach vacation. Very comfortable

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I don’t know where to begin. As soon as we entered the property, everything was perfect! From the beautiful decor to all the amenities one could need, she truly did an amazing job for her guests. I will definitely return to this house and bring my family with me. Thank you so much for the wonderful bar setup and for the flowers and cake for my husband. You will surely have more guests coming your way. I will always remember this visit; she even offered me an extra night, which was very kind of her. Annie is a fantastic host!

This was our second stay at Harbor House and it was just as great as we remembered it to be. Super easy check-in starts your stay on the right track. Perfect location, great parking, amazing view, friendly neighbors, amazing outdoor space and well-equipped kitchen and beach supplies make this better than most other properties. We will always return when visiting Santa Cruz.
