Our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom (Both upstairs) and 2 full bathrooms (One on the ground floor and one on the upper floor) along with a ground floor plush queen sleeper sofa and ground floor great room with dining for 7 plus a bar table separating the kitchen from the living room is in the perfect location. Our guest suite is on the lower floor of our house in a quiet neighborhood and is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach. There are two restaurants 3 blocks from our house, both have views of the ocean and outdoor seating. The suite has a bedroom with a king size bed and closet; also a private bathroom and den. Den is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, flat screen RokuTV, and microwave. Patio has gas fire pit, small deck, waterfall feature, & hot tub.
