Beach house vacation rentals in Anini Beach

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

We had a fantastic stay in Poipu! The Ohana had everything we needed just as described. We appreciated the extra hospitality with some drinks and snacks stocked in the kitchen. It was a beautiful place to stay and much more cost effective than hotels in the same area.

Emily's place was perfect for our family of 5. The location is amazing and close to everything on the north shore. We especially loved the views from the back deck. We would certainly stay here again when back in the area.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

Fabulous location, steps from Hideaways, short stroll to Queens Bath and 1 Hanalei. We walked everywhere, saw tons of turtles, kitchen is well appointed, exceeded our hopes, thank you!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly, which we really appreciated. We booked last minute, and while the property wasn’t ready upon arrival, the host promptly sent a cleaner to take care of it. Once everything was taken care of, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The view is absolutely wonderful, and despite the initial hiccup, we would definitely book this place again!

Proactive communication. Clean and stylish, had towels, shampoo, beach supplies and kitchen supplies provided so it feels like an elevated experience instead of a host who is bugging you about the trash and linens.

This Airbnb in Princeville on Kauai’s North Shore helped us enjoy an almost two-week stay. The location is excellent. There are beaches and great restaurants nearby. There also are shops providing groceries/alcohol and other useful potential supplies in the immediate area. The unit is well laid out with space to sit and relax both indoors and on a small but cozy lanai. While there are other units in this complex; this one allowed us to feel a great deal of privacy. The unit is very clean and well anointed with good appliances and enough cooking and dining items to allow you to eat at “home” as often as you desire. We are fortunate to be able to stay at many Airbnbs and this one rates as a top notch selection.

Great communication, fast and friendly responses. Easy to deal with. Very clean, location is quiet and private but still very walkable to stores! Location was great for all our travels around the island! Hope to get back to Kauai so we can stay again!

Tiana was a wonderful host and the home was perfect for our family's visit to Kauai! She was quick to respond to any questions we had and we even got to visit with her during the week when she brought us some fruit grown by her family! Great recommendations on different area beaches and activities. Loved the home, the spacious gathering places, A/C when needed (but not needed much!), and the location within walking distance of a number of beaches, which was perfect for us. Very clean. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. The boogie boards and beach equipment was super helpful (used every day!). Will definitely stay here again when we return (hopefully soon!).

Lovely stay — perfect for our family with a 3-year-old. Great location close to some great restaurants and kid-friendly beaches. We even used the athletic club one day and had a blast. I'd recommend this clean, bright spot to anyone staying in Poipu.

Great location in Poipu and an easy walk to the beach. Never had to worry about parking at the beach which was a huge plus for this popular location. Multiple restaurants walkable and wagons with chairs and umbrella made it an all around full service experience. The beds and pillows were very comfortable including the pullout bed. The pool area is right outside the door with lounge chairs to start and end your day. We truly loved our time here. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you

We had an amazing stay with great walks to several beaches, pool access, fruit stand, and many terrific restaurant options. Our first time on the South side of Kauai and we were able to quickly and easily visit so many great places from this condo location. We had such a wonderful spring break for our family! We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

This place is the ultimate vacation rental!! The host is amazingly responsive and friendly, from the welcome chocolates and flowers on the kitchen island to the fresh lichee nuts and hot peppers he brought by for us to try. The house and guest house were as described, incredibly clean and comfortable, and provided a comfortable base for a fantastic vacation. The host was especially helpful in providing a crib and highchair for the youngest in our party. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone planning to visit to the island of Kauai!

I had a wonderful stay at this house in Hawaii. The location is absolutely stunning — with panoramic views of both the ocean and the mountains. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts responded quickly and were very helpful throughout the stay. I especially loved the modern, beautifully designed kitchen — it made cooking a joy. Overall, a peaceful and stylish retreat in paradise. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Christofer’s place! The location is incredible! Poipu beach is just a few steps from the house, and we really enjoyed seeing the turtles sleeping on the beach. The house is warm, confortable and fully equipped. The beds and linens were excellent, and we loved the balcony views! Christofer was responsive and extremely helpful. We are looking forward to staying at this place again soon!

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

The Lime House was nice and close to beach, shopping and restaurants. How to respond to when we had questions and got back to us quickly. Kitchen and dinning room/living got very hot in the afternoon evening No widow coverings and no windows to open. The small room at the back of the house gets really hot because of no A/C. Had fans that helped with air circulation. Location is just off the main road, so if the windows are opened, it’s a little noisy. Other than that our stay was great and liked having the option to walk down to the beach.

Jacob's place was wonderfully located! The rooms were spacious and can easily host a good group. He was communicative and provided good recommendations for nearby food and beaches. The chairs, wagon, towels, and other outdoor amenities were a major plus! Would definitely consider rebooking next time I'm in Kauai.

We had a wonderful stay at this darling home in Kapa’a, Kauai! The space was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still peaceful and quiet. It was also the perfect spot for children, with a safe and cozy atmosphere that made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the island!

Giselle’s home was perfect for 6 persons. Each of the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable mattresses, pillows and clean white linens. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking- appropriate pans, utensils, plenty of dishes and refrigerator storage containers. The dishwasher and washer and dryer came in very handy. Giselle has beach toys for children and there were spokes and flippers for snorkeling and two bicycles for a quicker ride to the beaches (which were many in number and very walkable.) Giselle gave us great information about the best beaches and we had a fascinating tour of Richard’s coffee roastery where he roasts and ships the coffee beans for his business: Kauai Roastery. We would definitely stay here again.

Most Excellent! Located next to a great beach in a local neighborhood close to Kapaa and the Nepali coast and all the amazing beaches in between
