beautiful home in the middle of Princeville. Drivable distance to grocery store and resturants. Takes about 10-15 mins to drive to hanalei (depending on time of day). Beautiful views of the bay from the backyard. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Cute place to call home for.a few days. Will come back.

Loved our stay. Condo is well equipped with everything you’ll need. Clean and comfy. Exactly as described. Beach chairs and towels were great. Quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views from the porch. Loved the birds and geckos! Nice central location for everything on the north shore. Easy walk to Hideaways Beach, which was a surprisingly nice little spot, perfect for sunsets! Check in/out and communication was great, including lots of local recommendations. We hope to be back and would highly recommend staying here. Mahalo Dan!

This was a super last minute booking. Raymond was accommodating and communication was easy. The place is very quiet and clean, with both the amenities of a hotel and comforts of a home. I was able to cook a few meals and make coffee every morning with ease. Local recommendations and guidebooks left out for guests were super helpful. The 6am bird symphony got me up and out for a magical sunrise walk every morning. The place is exactly as described. I got to recharge and relax here, which is just what I needed. Cannot complain. On the contrary, definitely recommend!

We LOVED this little place. By far, this was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The space was clean, spacious, and decorated so cute! Loved the bathroom counter space and large shower too. Our favorite was watching the sunset from the patio every single night; we made sure to be back every night because of the view! AMAZING! Also truly appreciated the beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) that saved us money from renting. Loved the hose on the back porch to spray everything off. The closet was also fully stocked with so many amenities including 2 cooler packs that we used daily. We absolutely will be back! Loved every second!

Staying here was the best choice we made! It was perfect driving distance to Hanalei and kapa’a and the views were stunning. I would say the best “home base” for all the activities the island has to offer. Even though there was no AC the fans kept it just cool enough.

Our stay was fantastic. The host recommended some great activities and places to eat. The area was beautiful, and the condo was clean and cozy. There was a tiny bit of road noise, but not too hard to tune out. Overall a great stay and a great host.

This has been our favorite AirBnB yet! It is absolutely stunning! It’s clean, spacious, and the view is nothing short of spectacular! We sat outside watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean every day. Amazing views! And a huge plus is that you can see and hear the ocean from your bed! It was also very clean, we loved having a washer and dryer, and we used all the beach amenities offered (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, and boogie boards). All in all, great space, great location (it’s also right above turtle cave — which was cool), helpful hosts with a free concierge service, and just overall beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We were sad to leave it!

Marcia’s place was a slice of paradise! Perfect place to unplug and just enjoy nature with love ones! Not use to having no AC but the breeze at night was so refreshing and cooling, perfect for a good night! Thank you Marcia!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time on Kauai staying at this beautiful studio! It was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with anything we really needed. The description and pictures were accurate, and after I asked Andrea if the studio had a beach umbrella in it, she bought one for our stay! It was very nicely decorated, and the space was comfortable for two people. The bed was also large and comfortable, which was nice! The location was perfect, situated a short drive from many nice beaches and restaurants. Andrea was very attentive, helpful and kind, providing us with local recommendations before our stay and providing us with quick responses upon our arrival. Overall, we had a great time!

Great condo in a great resort! Waking up to the view in the backyard is all I have to say. Absolutely gorgeous. In addition to that, the condo itself was wonderful. Extremely spacious. The host was great, as well. I would definitely stay here again! Just a great experience overall.

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Cari was very helpful & kind in allowing us to check in early and in helping us get acquainted w the area. Beautiful property, with all the supplies we could need. If I go back in fall through spring, I’d definitely stay there. But it was very warm at night sleeping without AC in June.

This is the third time we stayed at Deb’s place. We were here for a month this time. We get in the ocean every morning — with the currents and waves, we stay close to shore — and it’s a great way to wake up! The local restaurants and fruit stand supply our breakfasts. We used Deb’s beach chairs on Anini, Lydgate, and Poipu beaches. You really can’t beat the location. It’s so close to restaurants, right on the bike trail, and easy to get to the north or south parts of the island. The big recliners are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are very nice too. Deb was super responsive to anything we needed. She is super quick to respond and if anything needs attention, she is on top of it right away. We loved being on the 2nd floor, with the nice view and privacy. The elevator was a big help when moving in with our luggage. We used the facility washing machine and dryer twice and they worked just fine. A great stay.

Our grandson and his wife stayed in this Princeville condo for their honeymoon. They said their stay was amazing! The condo was just what they wanted and expected from the listing. There was everything they needed for their day trips to the beach or for hiking. The front desk was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!

This condo has the most amazing views and you can leave the windows and the lanai sliding door open and get the best breeze! George is a very responsive and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location for all north island activities. loved the proximity to Hanalei Bay. Long drive to South Island activities but knew that going in. Condo was great for two of us as we spent most of the time out and about. Consider bringing/buying additional beach towels as it was quite an effort to keep the two provided dry between days. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Dan was a fantastic host - he sent us an entire guide-book with detailed recommendations and he really made us feel at home. Looking forward to our next stay here in the future!

Grateful for Ashleigh’s space! It was comfy and peaceful! A great space to relax and enjoy the beauty of Kauai! The north shore is beautiful and her space is amazing. I am a boho girly and the esthetics is what drew me in! Clean and spotless place to unwind! 10/10!!!!
