Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

Very nice place and after spending a week in my sleeping bag in a church dorm on the rez for a mission trip, it was very welcome. Sorry I did not see the WI FI code and password on the chalkboard and had to call. Great location, close to downtown which I had not explored before.

The Gathering Place was a great home to spend my son's Spring Break. We loved the hot tub and projector with large screen. There was plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our boys. Split level house allowed privacy for kids and adults, when needed. Highly recommend this home.

We only stayed for a short 8 hours during a road trip...but it was clean, smelled great, had comfortable beds and Rubin was a friendly and prompt communicator. the freezer had ice, bathroom was clean and well appointed and the beds were firm but soooo comfortable after 10 hours in the car.
