This is a newly renovated home within one block from downtown in a quiet neighborhood and across from Lyon Park. There is an upper and lower unit in this property with this unit being the biggest. This 2 year adventure of ours allowed us to create a clean and spacious unit with new and well designed furnishings. Downtown is a fun and vibrant place to explore restaurants, bars, coffee houses, breweries and stores. Not to forget the Washington Pavilion, the historic State Theater and Falls Park.

Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.

Easy access right off of I 229. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Extremely clean and professionally decorated home. New stainless steel appliances. Quiet neighborhood with adjoining deck that has plenty of seating in the fenced backyard. Short 2 minute walk to bike trail, 20 minute bike ride to falls park. Child and infant friendly home.
