Quiet Space in the Country

Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Home away from home

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

Whether you're coming to town for a ball game, a college visit, or to visit family and friends, you'll have plenty of space to relax or spend time with loved ones. This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
