Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

We had a great time in this cozy cottage. The hot tub was so deep you could stand all the way up and be submerged! And the view of the ocean was awesome too.

Such a cozy unique cabin. We slept well, cooked in the well stocked, funky kitchen and read books in the loft. Easy to walk into town and great host. Want to return!!

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful garden, responsive host, ample street parking. Definitely worth the price. Plus there's a hot tub you can use after the end of a long day or before the start of one like how we used. MINUTES away from bars, restaurants, and shopping in Oakland. Great location. I'm tempted to only say horrible lies about this place, because I want to keep this gem all to myself. But I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this place. The location was gorgeous, the interior design was beautiful, and the hot tub in the middle of the redwoods was just the cherry on top.

The space was great, bigger then I anticipated, very clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood, the hot tub was great! Would stay again if the need arose!

This property and experience is a gem! The location is gorgeous and central, the space is homey yet elegant and spacious and the hosts are lovely and responsive. A very well appointed and relaxing stay in the heart of the city. I very much look forward to returning.

want to say Thank you for a great experience on my first time renting on airbnb. The house was exactly as described and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Home was emaculent and in a quiet layer back neighborhood. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was thought of and provided. I would definatly stay here again for my next visit to Benicia.

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

Amy was very responsive and really sweet. Although older the place was very clean, so much cleaner than many other places I've stayed. I would stay there again.

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

It was a unique Victorian house with plenty of off street parking. We had all needed such as kitchen appliances, dishes, washer / dryer, and other amenities. All beds were comfortable. Plenty of spacious area in bedrooms and dinning room. There are plenty of shops and stores nearby. Great access to walk on ferries for San Francisco. Highly recommend visit Alcatraz Island form Pier 33 in San Francisco, If we were to visit Alameda again, we would definitely at Jeff's place. Also Jeff is very responsive to the needs of his guest.

This is my second visit; the place is gorgeous and proximity to the beach is fantastic. Stinson is one of my favorite places on earth. The amenities are some of the best I've experienced at an AirBnb home -- from the bedding and towels to the kitchen and beach equipment. The books and artwork are wonderful. Can't recommend it highly enough. Leaving to go home is very sad. I'm so lucky to be able to stay here.

It was the perfect place for our family to gather over the holidays. Cozy but spacious with that back cottage providing a separate space for separate couple.

I had a magic few days at Lori and Mike's. I drive a VW passat and I found the drive up the mountain to be non-challenging and even very fun by the end. The hosts are cool and easy to get along with. A+ doggo. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. I usually stay in SF when I'm in the Bay Area. This was much more lovely and relaxing, with SF close enough that going in for dinner or a show felt like it wasn't a big deal. 100% would recommend this place. I brought my cat and had my lady friend with me for a night. Everyone loved it.

We had a quiet, peaceful 6 night stay. Everything was as beautiful as the pictures, actually more beautiful in person. (Pool and the views) Very prompt in answering any questions. Nice location for visiting the city, wine country, Muir Woods and beaches. Would love to visit again!

My partner and I were looking for a quiet spot near the city, and happened upon this listing. It ended up being an incredibly restful stay! The room was clean and the backyard was incredibly spacious. We were able to spend time in the jacuzzi and even made s’mores on one of the fire pits. The views were amazing, and reading outside in the morning was a great way to start our day. The owners were incredibly responsive and gave us a tour of the grounds as soon as we checked in. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with gracious hosts!

Nancy was the nicest and most accommodating host we’ve had at a rental so far. We arrived late one evening when I realized I misplaced the dinner I’d packed to eat when we arrived and when I asked Nancy (who was greeting us when we first arrived) about pizza delivery options, she offered us a nice frozen cornbread pizza to cook in the rental. My hungry young son was so relieved. The backyard overlooks an incredibly green and peaceful hillside and we had such a relaxing time. Also downtown Fairfax is so close by and so adorable. Would love to come back!

If you have a chance to book one of Jenny's properties, I would encourage you to do so. Of all the hosts we have encountered, she is the best. The suite was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with everything someone could want during their stay. The grounds of her home were just beautiful, a welcomed retreat from the outside world. In addition, Jenny was an incredibly resposive host. She provided great recommendation and suggestions for our visit. She was also incredibly kind to my daughter. Thank you Jenny for your warmth in welcoming is to your home.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We flew in to California from Arkansas on a Wednesday to attend a funeral on Friday and one on Saturday. Dale met us at the house and was very friendly and willing to help with any concerns that we had.He brought toilet paper,packs of new washcloths and body wash and I absolutely loved that.There were plenty of large clean white bath towels.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and anything needed to cook with. The pantry was also well stocked but we ate out every meal.We only used the kitchen to make tea and coffee. He came and provided us with an extra parking pass for our guest.He offered to have the carpet cleaned while we was there but we opted to have the carpets cleaned after checkout.We was able to wash and dry our clothes with the washer and dryer in the garage.The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens and plenty of soft pillows.Check in was easy.We didn’t get to use the backyard at all because we was out and about every day.Roku TV’s in every room.
