Conveniently located walking distance to downtown Lafayette (.6mi) and Lafayette BART (.4 mi). 30 minute BART ride to San Francisco. Get your morning coffee fix at one of the many coffee shops, dine at delicious nearby restaurants and grab a drink at one of our local bars. The Lafayette Reservoir (1.5 mi) is a beautiful oasis to take a walk, run or hike on one of the many trails. Free parking in front of the house.

Our sun-filled cottage is located a 10-minute walk from BART and bike paths with easy access to UC Berkeley, San Francisco, and the East Bay. Featuring a separate bedroom (comfy queen bed), living room (with couch and futon bed), bathroom, shower, full kitchen, & a private deck with fragrant jasmine vines and furniture for outside space of your own. One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

This completely private portion of our North Berkeley home is usually available only Fri, Sat, and Sun nights, except where otherwise indicated on the calendar. If you plan to leave on Monday, check out will need to be early (9:00am). We usually cannot be flexible on that as we use it for other purposes Mon-Fri most weeks.
