LoveJoy's Cottage will provide you a welcome escape from your normal daily bustle. We brought old world elegance into a comfortable setting. You will have a large fully tiled residence consisting of foyer, kitchenette, living room, King bedroom, to equally large bathroom w/bathtub for 2. Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Streaming svc only, not live TV.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Spacious, charming and very comfortable. 15 miles to west Omaha, 25 min to Henry Doorly Zoo & 45 min to Lincoln & Husker Football. Three bedroom, three bath, 1 1/2 car garage offers a nice floor plan with lots of room for family time. Parks, churches, bar within walking distance. Dollar General located close by. Large grocery store-a short 15 minute drive. This updated home sits in a quiet neighborhood & offers large, cozy rooms. The kitchen has everything needed to stay in & make meals.

You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a California King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.
