Kid-friendly vacation rentals in York County

Greg was super friendly and responsive. He was so helpful and his place was so nice! It’s especially great if you are going to Busch Gardens because it is so close!

The location was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the York River. The house was exceptionally clean and they had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice bonus for listening to music while overlooking the river from the sitting room. We had a minor issue with the plumbing, but they quickly reacted and it did not interfere with our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book again in this same location.

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

It was perfect for my friends and I. We relaxed, stitched, visited Williamsburg, the antique mall and the cross stitch shop. ALL very close.

It was lovely I loved the house had a hard time working the push buttons on everything. But besides the webs outside which is common had to clean that up and wipe down outside furniture but I loved it. Will stay again!!!!

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed in Kim's house for our daughters graduation from CNU this past weekend. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. The house was exactly as described, terrific back yard space, well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for a family. We hosted family members Friday night before graduation on Saturday for dinner and the house and yard were perfect! Parking worked out well as she told us we could open the back gate and move cars up closer to her detached garage to allow for our family to have room. The house is close to CNU campus, shopping and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you for your hospitality.

Lisa could to have been more accommodating and helpful and even gave a birthday gift to my daughter who was celebrating her 60th The kitchen was very well equipped !!! Our family had a wonderful time especially sitting outside in the yard talking and being together

Brad and Sara have a lovely, spacious two-bedroom condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and the downtown area. First, the check-in process was exceptionally smooth. Russell at the front desk was very polite and welcoming, and he even allowed us to check in two hours early. The beds were incredibly comfortable! My husband, who has hip problems, reported having the best sleep he's had in years! I made a note of the mattress brand so we could purchase one for home. We received discounted tickets to Busch Gardens Christmas Town, which was cold, but delightful. On the first night, I enjoyed the wonderful soaking jacuzzi tub. I should mention that we are seasoned travelers, and at 65 (and my 90-year-old mother, who traveled with us), we have high standards and would not hesitate to depart from any accommodation that failed to meet our expectations. Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

Once you get through the time share business at check in the stay is excellent!!!! Facility is amazingly clean and updated compared to other places in Williamsburg. Very very wonderful!

Place was even more beautiful than the pictures and had many things to do within the complex. Steven was a wonderful host and will be kept in mind for future trips!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! As other reviews state this property is a bit dated with older furniture. This was fine for us! We didn’t spend much time in the room as we mainly came to go to Busch gardens. The amenities at the resort are nice, the only thing I would say is the pool and hot tub were a bit too crowded for us to enjoy. Our kids loved the arcade. The location was fantastic to go to colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens. We would definitely stay again! They did try to talk us into attending a timeshare presentation but they were not too pushy about it.

The only issue was the extremely long line in checking in. Stood for a long time in one line to get room assignment only to be told to go stand in another long line to actually get keys. Also where they try and hassle you into a timeshare preview. Not the hosts fault just bad resort management. Otherwise was an amazing time!

I've stayed here a couple times now. Elizabeth is a great host, and I've really liked Patriot's Place as a base while working in the area. Highly recommend.

My family and I loved our stay. We usually book 2 hotel rooms, but having the full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 full baths, and 2 separate bedrooms worked so much better for our family. My baby was even able to take her naps while we enjoyed playing games and baking. There are also many attractions in the area and lots of good restaurants.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

this is a great place to stay. Roomy and comfortable. Having three bedrooms and four beds is a real find! The communication about check-in was great. We would love to stay here again.

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

Great place. Very nice resort and amenities. It was great for our group of six and everyone had their own bathroom/space. Check in and check out were very easy. We’ll look to stay here again if we’re ever back in Williamsburg.
