Beautiful lake home in a quiet area. It was the perfect place to meet up with family for a few days.

Sweetwater cottage was such a cozy and relaxing spot. It is also close to local restaurants and shops. We came to the area to watch the Coca Cola 600 race. Georgia was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Kyle was an outstanding host, and his home was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity we could possibly need — from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout. The highlight was definitely the pool — clean, private, and the perfect spot to relax. Check-in was smooth and communication with Kyle was clear and responsive from start to finish. You can tell he takes pride in hosting and genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Hunters communication was excellent. He was flexible with check in & check out times (had to pay). If I could change one thing it would be the check-in & check-out times. It is not a hotel and should be more accommodating since this large of a rental is for many people, having late check in and early check out doesn’t make sense to me. Overall the home was beautiful, peaceful surroundings, we loved the home. I would love if more toilet trees were included not only 1 trash bag & 1 toilet paper per bathroom, for the price. I would rent again, felt safe and welcomed! Thank you hunter!

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful lake house! We were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped it was. The lake views from both outside and inside the home were huge selling points for us and certainly delivered! The house had a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach area. It provided easy water access for swimming, kayaking, and just lounging back in the sun. Having life vests and kayaks available was much appreciated. With a couple of pop-up showers, it was nice to still enjoy the outdoors from the covered areas of the home and dock. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. We would absolutely return for another stay, but with friends, as it wasn't ideal for everyone in our family due to the narrow doorframes of the bathrooms and exterior steps that created some access difficulties.

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay at Chris and Stephanie’s. It did not seem too big for the two of us yet it was plenty big when we had kids/grandkids over for the day. The location was ideal for us. I don’t believe there is a single cooking item/utensil that the kitchen lacks- very impressive!! The wall of windows is perfect for seeing all the cardinals that come to the feeder. When there were minor issues, Chris responded as quickly as possible. Two thumbs up!

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

Beautiful setting and lovely home with nice amenities. The home is very clean and stocked with everything you need (even a few extras…beach towels, streaming tvs, built-in coffee grinder). Plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. We loved eating meals on the covered veranda. The kids loved the two-story dock. The pool and patio were under construction - looks like it will be amazing once complete. We spent one afternoon down at the community beach/playground. It’s just a short walk, but we choose to drive because of all the gear/SUP we took down there. Would definitely return!
