The host was quickly to respond with instructions to access the lockbox when I arrived. Unit came fully stocked with dishes, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for my stay. The master bed has the BEST pillows i have ever slept on. Closet has plenty of space for a solo traveler. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to extend my reservation by 24hrs at the last minute. Host immediately responded with the confirmation, which was a pleasant surprise due to the short notice. The pool and grill were very nice amenities, as well as the 24hr gym. WiFi was over 300mbps, and never had any issues with connection. I recommend this place to anyone traveling for work, could not ask for a better experience for the price and location!

The place was just what we needed for a family of four. About 13 minutes to Carowinds and very close to many restaurants and stores. The apartment was well-furnished, everything we needed was in place. This was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this place for future guest. NB: people with young kids, I would recommend to request apartment on the first floor.

Our stay was quiet and the property had everything we needed. The neighborhood has lots of close-by food choices. Our host responded quickly to our messages and made sure check-in went smoothly.

Overall, great place to stay for the weekend. Basketball court and public park in walking distance if you have kids. Spacious home. Great for the value.

Our stay was great! From the moment I connected with the host prior to booking, all the way to checkout. The house is nicely decorated, has plenty of amenities to make you feel at home, and is situated within walking distance of downtown. We enjoyed the private fenced back yard, the space for parking (especially the covered carport), and the convenience to incredible restaurants (Hobo was great with a fun outdoor pet friendly space). This house was everything we needed for the weekend and hope that we can enjoy visiting again. Thank you for hosting us and our fur babies!

Hunter's chic cottage on Lake Wylie with full dock and sandy beach was incredible. The property is beautifully situated on the lake and the home is perfect with two extemely comfortable bedrooms, gigantic picture windows in the kitchen and living room with breathtaking views of Boyds cove. House is fully equipped and the outside is also fully stocked with every water you imaginable. Outside seating is plentiful on back porch, dock and around firepit on the beach. I decided on booking this home last minute for a significant event and Hunter went above and beyond to communicate and accommodate my stay. My family’s stay at the Sporty Lakeview Ranch was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked into the house we felt at home. The house is decorated beautifully and is very accommodating for a large family. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance needed to prepare large meals. A binder was provided with information on how to operate fireplace, grill, and fire pit. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very spacious and well stocked. The backyard was a family dream with an outdoor kitchen, beautiful fire pit, and a variety of games available for family fun. Our family’s favorite was playing pickle ball, baseball, basketball and eating s’mores by the fire pit. We hope to return next May.

This single level, 5 bedroom home is on a beautiful lake with a very big yard and many activities (including kayaks, paddle board, dock, tether ball, fosball and fishing). The portable crib, high chair, small couch and outside chair in the children's area was very helpful for our grandson. The setting was very peaceful. There were many outside activities including the Whitewater Center, the amusement park and nature centers that we enjoyed.
