This small apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, chair, dresser, TV, full kitchen, and a full but tiny bathroom. We live on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.

I was not able to stay at this location due to something that came up on Jonbonet's end. But she communicated very well with me and booked another place through AirBnb. Definitely recommend Jonbonet!

We absolutely loved the snuggle bug kitty! Bathroom had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

I love being surrounded by familiar surroundings. Trees, fresh air and tranquil. Felt like I was right at home in this wonderful country setting. Bear lake is a must see. Sit and meditate and watch the ripples in the lake. So comforting and peaceful. Churches, Dollar General, convenient store and gas within a couple of miles. Acres of fields with corn and other grains growing. Beautiful crop.

Abigail’s stay was exactly as described. We appreciated a quick night’s stay. If dogs are a concern of yours, do not let them deter you as we never saw them or heard them in the house. Overall a great stay and great value for a night stay in Little Rock.

This is a great place to stop and spend the night if you are passing through Little Rock. Plenty of food, etc. close and very easy to get to. Jennifer was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Let me say this was the best little retreat for a single person needing a recharge or a couple needing a private getaway. Located off the banks of the Arkansas river with breathtaking views in the morning and evening. Beautifully decorated and as others shared, the back porch with the hanging egg chairs were the best to take in all the views at night and in the morning. It was hard to leave and know I was headed back to reality. Plenty of nice walking trails and restaurants close by. Going back in a few weeks and cannot wait!!!
