No cleaning fee! Rate is in line with decent motels/hotels here & is up to 4 people. IN THE HEART OF THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA WHERE THE BLUES WAS BORN! Extra charge per person per night after 4. Max is 5. Can request 6. Better than just a motel room. A bit of antique & modern, though greatly cared for, shows age in some places, loving wear, quaint aging & charming patina both inside and outside, is super clean/sanitized. You will love it I think. Very Affordable for a whole house in this area.

Peaceful cabin in orchard! Great Internet!

The Betty suite cabin is based on a standard hotel room. We have a queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. The private bathroom include a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room has high-speed Internet with a flat screen, smart TV. This building was the original home of our neighbors - Earl and Betty. We moved the structure to the park and turned it into 2 hotel suites.

The Minnow Bucket - A lakeside get-away

The Minnow Bucket was a great stay for myself, my wife and grandkids. The place is on Grand Lake with its own dock where even though the weather didn't play fair, we were able to catch several fish off the dock. my grand-daughter is enjoying letting everyone know she outfitted papaw. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Catherine was a pleasure to meet and talk with. We will definitely be back.

Such a warm and welcoming stay at The Delta Cottage! We were a group of 9 women in town for a conference, including two who were working on call, and the space worked perfectly for both relaxing and getting work done. When a small repair came up, maintenance was there within 15 minutes—super responsive! The hosts, a wonderful husband and wife team were incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend this place for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality!

We were over the moon happy when we arrived. The house was as it was described and worked perfectly for our multigenerational family. The house is very private and definitely a rare find in Wilmot, AR. The house is 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms were extremely useful and made it easy to get ready with 8 people and a toddler. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and seasonings, bathrooms had all the necessities and the living room was comfy as well. The house was immaculately clean. June was extremely responsive, helpful and overall wonderful to rent from. We are already looking forward to our next visit. The lake was absolutely stunning and views were wonderful to wake up to and watch the sunset. One note: potential renters, the location is GORGEOUS! But it isn’t anywhere near a restaurant, store etc. you will want to buy items at the grocery store first. We LOVED how secluded and quiet the property was.
