Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our family.

Welcome to our bright and super stylish free standing carriage house on the east side of hip West Asheville! We have one bedroom with a queen bed and a full sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage from the second story porch in the trees. With a ten minute walk, get to Hole Doughnuts, Taco Billy, Early Girl Eatery, Owl Bakery, and Pizza Mind. Find yourself in downtown Avl or in the River Arts District with just a 5 minute drive.

Private, quiet, modern bungalow. Newly updated with designer finishes in North Asheville. Can accommodate 1 additional guests if needed on couch. Private entrance and parking. Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.

Our detached, private, guest house is located on the SE side of Asheville! Easy/Quick access to all of the action and fun Asheville has to offer. We are located near I-40 with an approximate 10 minute/3 mile drive to the Biltmore Estate main entrance or the Blue Ridge Parkway (2.7 miles) and about 13 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Please be aware you will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the unit.

Private guest suite is located above our detached carriage house -- tranquil, cozy & clean - ideal for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat. Convenient access (5 miles) to downtown Asheville, 4 miles to the Biltmore Estate and about 1 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway in a small, quiet neighborhood.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons.

North Asheville Guest House

Unwind at this cozy hideaway. This home was lovingly built with high-beamed ceilings and mix of modern and antique flare for a plush and charming feel. This house is located in north Asheville. Although downtown is located 10 minutes away, this home is tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by wildlife. Dog friendly with one allowed. No cats.
