It’s a beautiful small space, 100 square feet, with high ceiling, and ceiling fan. It has everything you need in a small space just like a tiny house, kitchen, shower, twin bed, small closet, table and chair for dining or work, smart tv snd it’s own air conditioning. It has lots of storage in kitchen cabinets, closet, drawyers and under the bed. Kitchen has sink, microwave, mini frig, and electric hot plate. So why is such a beautiful, comfortable space such a low price? Because it does not have a regular toilet. It has a porta potty , which functions the same. You sit, you go, you flush. There is no odor and we empty it regularly. It slides into the cabinet, out of sight. Guests will enjoy shaded outdoor patio, which may be shared with other guests in the other apartment.

Ms. Celeste was incredibly welcoming and made our family, including young children, feel right at home. The guest house was spacious, spotless, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed The 27-acre property felt like an oasis-perfectly yet conveniently on HWY 107 for easy access to stores. The outdoor area was a highlight, featuring beautiful pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, beach towels, and a dinning space with grill, mini fridge, and ice maker. Our kids loved exploring the birdcage with exotic birds, feeding the donkeys, and riding around the golf cart provided. The large paved track was perfect for morning strolls. This stay exceeded our expectations, offering both relaxation and adventure. We made unforgettable memories and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. We just didn't know well where the parking was, which didn't take long to locate

Thomas is a god person. He and his wife are warm and welcoming. They are beautiful individuals that do their best to offer a nice space. He is so thoughtful that any arising issues would only be beyond his control. He tries to be prepared to provide an excellent experience in every way. He responds immediately trying to help to the best of his ability. He treated me like family and was extremely responsive, going above and beyond. The host goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. The property is on lots of land, very safe and secure, with tranquility in a peaceful area.

A covered patio area features brick walls and a dark ceiling with ceiling fans. Comfortable seating arrangements, including a sectional sofa and armchairs, surround a coffee table on a patterned rug. An outdoor television is mounted on the wall, enhancing the space for relaxation.

The location of the house is right between the two most important shopping areas (McAllen and Edinburg), as well as being extremely accessible. The house is very practical, and we were very helpful that it has 4 rooms, so we were all very comfortable. It has practically everything you need (towels, servitoallas, garbage bags, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans) and whatever you miss you find in a HEB that is very close to the house.
