“Judith’s place was the perfect place to stay for a work trip. It was easy to walk to downtown and the border. I walked to the grocery store once but it was a bit of a jaunt and found it easily accessible using UBER for subsequent trips. The price was perfect for the space and didn’t break the bank when staying for a week. Highly recommend for short or long stays in Brownsville. If work brings me back this way, I’ll definitely try to stay here again. Thanks Judith!”

“This it the place to be with special family and friends. Javier truly makes it welcoming. The historic home is lovely, and has everything you could need. We enjoyed the Grand Sun Room with it's many windows and player piano. There is also a Karaoke machine that brought out our inner rock stars! The kitchen is fully equipped, really nothing we needed was missing. We relaxed on the porches and explored the grounds with our morning coffee. Everything was so easy to get to. We spent the day on the beach at South Padre, explored Brownsville on another day and enjoyed the shopping nearby. Javier was just a text or phone call away, and such a sweet soul. We really did not want to leave and look forward to coming back to our home away from home in Texas!”
