Really enjoyed our time in this house. Felt like we were at home.

Great location. Huge backyard for dogs to run around. Loved having access to garage for parking to help keep car cooler. We didn't have time to use but there were a good assortment of board and card games. Quiet neighborhood.

Great host. 👍🏻 Very much involved to keep us happy. Very attentive. Will definitely book with Alfonso again. 👌🏻

This place was next level luxury. I’ve always wondered what Rancho Viejo was like growing up. We’d pass by every time we’d go to Brownsville for the holidays to see our family in the valley. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Luxurious inside the home all the way throughout. Plenty of linens, kitchen ware, and cleaning supplies incase you need to clean up. Cozy beds a d dual zone hvac systems. Came into town for a family wedding and was able to stay in a beautiful home for the same price of a nice hotel. Will be staying here again for future visits. Christian is the definition of a super host! Our family loved the house and the hot tub and pool were a welcomed bonus to not being far from the beach. My husband loved being able to fish on the property even though he didn’t catch much lol. We had a great time will definitely book again. Thanks

Location was awesome. Block away from beach acces #12, near golf cart rentals. Walking distance to shops, food, WHATABURGER! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ GREAT communication! Pool was not clean and within an hour maintenance was sent to clean it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Be ready to climb stairs! So much room! Perfect for huge families! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only complaint would be to update mattresses, lumpy, thin and uncomfortable. ⭐️ But overall great stay!! Definately recommend and use again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best location! Easily walkable to grocery store, liquor store, park, bars and restaurants! And ocean/sound of course!

There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. Nice pool and hot tube. Definitely would stay here again. I had a couple of questions before we actually got there, and Carlos was fast to respond. I guess if I "had to" complain about anything it was when getting in the gate it is awkward to get to the keypad and had to get out of my car. Not that big of deal and not Carlos' fault. Amy was a great host! Quick to answer and always willing to help with whatever we needed! The place was beautiful with a nice private pool. Located in a great location! Can’t wait to go back.

Clean and comfortable with amazing views. Close to stores/beach. Family Friendly. Will be back next time we are in the area.

We loved it was walking distance to the beach, a diner and only a few mins of a drive to get to a grocery store. The house had plenty of towels, trash bags and dishes for our large group. Very comfy home.

This was our second stay at Nicole’s place and it was even better than last year! Lots of beautiful upgrades, everything was spotless, and we felt right at home. It is a great setup for bringing the whole family, with lots of room to spread out. We loved that it’s so close to the beach for our daily walks. Nicole is a very responsive (and even proactive - like knowing and communicating an internet outage before we even knew!) host. Can’t think of anything that could be better. If you are considering booking, do it!

Will definitely be staying here again. The location was great and house was spacious.
