This was a really great stay for our family. Very spacious and clean house. The house is located just walking distance to all things South Padre Island. Host was always prompt to respond and communicates very well. We definitely recommend this Airbnb location !

This was the perfect house for four adults and a kid, and could definitely accommodate more people.! The location is stellar with morning sunrise views and close to everything. The house has all the amenities needed including pool toys, kitchen items, etc. Kitchen was one of the best stocked Airbnb’s we’ve had and made it easy to cook our Christmas dinner. The pool was perfect and it’s just a short drive to the beach. I was nervous about whether they had blackout shades for our small child to avoid early morning wake ups, but the blinds they have in the bedrooms were more than sufficient. We visit the island every couple of years and would definitely stay again.

Tami was a great host, any questions or issues that came up (batteries out in the thermostat) were addressed quickly and our family enjoyed a warm Christmas vacation at her home in SPI. If we ever make it back this way we’ll definitely stay here again. The private pool was the best for our family of 6 to relax after sight seeing.

the pool on the water with the golf course across the way was so peaceful to sit out there and there's like a shaded overhang on the house with a Chase lounges are. very beautiful area. and g a g i and his wife d a n i where super nice. they greeted me and showed me around and were very helpful when I had questions. beautiful home. with absolutely everything you need. you never have to leave if you don't want to. HEB delivers groceries! the pool is beautiful

We stayed at Villa Encanto for 4 Nights, and it was AMAZING! A family of 12 with 5 kids and we all felt right at home. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the fun Game Room kept them busy! The locals were so nice and the house is located in a great area. The recommendations from Trinh were on point in her welcome book. Would definitely love to go back and will be returning in the future.

Amazing place and really nice host.The house was nice,clean,spacious and the location is perfect to walk to beach,stores and restaurants near by. Hot tub was perfect in evenings. Cant go wrong booking this home.Hope to be back soon

Our family enjoyed our annual SPI vacation in their large beach home. It's truly a 2 min. walking distance to the beach and prime location to many other restaurants and businesses. Hosts were very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Will recommend their beach home to others and will book another stay with them!

The location is unbeatable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Towels were soft and clean and laid out for each guest. We had an enjoyable stay overall, but there are some aspects worth noting for future guests. One major consideration is the bathroom setup. While the double bedroom has its own bathroom, there isn’t a second bathroom on the bottom floor. The main bathroom connects to the bunk bed room, which can be tricky for families with kids, as using it often disturbs the bunk bed sleepers and requires king room sleepers to go upstairs each time. Overall wonderful, place and would stay again!! Also the espresso maker made our stay, we love coffee and it was so nice to have and not have to go purchase coffee each morning. Coffee enjoyed on the deck is vacation bliss!

I will say that this place felt like my 2nd home. it was quite, clean and had everything I needed. I rented this place for 3 months with zero complaints. I understand why this host has the highest ratings possible. My only regret, is my stay was not longer. Great job and I look forward to coming back to this 💎

We had an AMAZING stay here! Vanessa was so great and responsive any time we reached out. The location is a half block to the beach and has a pool and hot tub right outside the door. We were super comfortable here with our pups and the friendly neighbors and guests in the complex. The next time we look to visit South Padre, this place will be the first option we check for availability. The stay was great and exactly as described. There is plenty of space both down and upstairs. Everything was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect. The little backyard was nice, and there was a cool park across the street to hang out and watch the beautiful bay.

Super relaxing chill stay everything was clean. Hot tub and pool area was awesome. Very good layout protected from the wind. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very bike, friendly area. Such a memorable stay. PRIME location in a very safe and very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the island but just a few minutes from everything when you’re ready to get out and about. Fished off the deck every single morning. Friendly neighbors. Thoughtful touches throughout home like bandaids and toothbrushes and even emergency tap water. Bed was so comfortable. I loved feeling safe walking my dog early in the mornings or late at night. Friday night bingo was a hit, just like it was when I came here as a kid!! all in all: A great get away from DFW and we will be coming back here ASAP! Daniel was a great responsive host. Couldn’t ask for more.

Coral Cactus was the perfect accommodation for our family of seven. The home was better than we ready anticipated it would be. Our children enjoyed the large back yard and the vast selection of games that's were available. There is a wonderful little park just a minute away form the home that's we frequented during our stay. Marta was an excellent host and her standards for this Bnb were absolutely top notch. If you are looking for a clean, we'll maintained, private little spot during you vacation that is near South Padre, this is it! 100% recommend.

Stayed for almost 5 weeks. Wife and I absolutely enjoyed this location and dealing with this host. House is as described in words and pictures. Host is very responsive, helpful and straightforward. Location is spectacular watching the working waterfront with dolphins, boats, tugs and barges. Even viewed some different sized sea turtles. Peaceful location with some decent fishing off the dock. Covered porch with comfortable heavy duty composite furniture helped make the stay.

Great, clean place accessible to everything and everywhere ! Will definitely book again next time I’m in town!

Great location. Huge backyard for dogs to run around. Loved having access to garage for parking to help keep car cooler. We didn't have time to use but there were a good assortment of board and card games. Quiet neighborhood.

This was a very nicely kept home in a great part of town. It was central to everything the area has to offer!

Melinda was great to work with.. I would stay here again...I will say the stairs sure got me back in shape lol. I have stayed in SPI for about 15 years. and the previous place I stayed was recently sold and not available for rental...So happy to find Melinda's place a few homes away.. A great place! absolutely loved our stay. This home is filled with so much space and things to do. From a easy walk to the beach to the pool and grills. The host was kind enough to let me throw my husband's 30th birthday at his home. Which we are extremely grateful for! The party went without a hitch thanks to the host and their beautiful home. This home is a must stay for large groups and we will definitely be booking again.
