We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The house was very spacious. Roumen was fantastic and very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. He also responded to emails within the hour no matter how late we emailed him. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Melissa’s place was fantastic! She was super responsive from the beginning. We came down for the week of our wedding so we were pretty stressed, but Melissa took away some of that stress by making our stay phenomenal. The house is absolutely gorgeous, colorful and fun! It was a fantastic space for a big family and pets. Our dogs loved having a yard to play in and space for the kids to run around with. Melissa also checked in with me after we had settled in and made sure we were happy with the accommodations. The house was also clean and tidy both inside and out back. Would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the area! We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay at this beachside duplex. The location and house were perfect. Just steps from the beach, it was so easy to return for snacks, clean bathroom breaks, or staggered showers with our group of 8. The house was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed (including fridge condiments!). We loved the pool, porches with cozy furniture, provided beach chairs, and the fun garage setup. Being right across from Bert’s Market was a total win. It had everything from snacks to late-night people watching. We were also within walking distance of great restaurants, the pier, and even pickleball courts. Jessie and Robin were outstanding. They sent detailed guidebooks for both Folly Beach and Charleston and checked in many times during our stay. Best of all, they were flexible and understanding when our flights were delayed. The combination of comfort, location, and thoughtful hosting made this a truly special getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

loved the place mainly because of the separated bathtub in the master bathroom, having two sinks in master bathroom, king bed, having a dishwasher and having a washer and dryer. I was not expecting to be near an Amtrak train track. I am very sensitive to noises when trying to fall asleep and am very glad I brought my earplugs. I also use a CPAP when I'm sleeping and the side table of master bedroom was barely large enough to fit it....I had to put the lamp on the floor. overall, fantastic place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The park across the street has by far the coolest playground I’ve ever been to. Plenty of sleeping space for large families. A couple minor issues arose during our stay, and the host was very responsive, fixing the issue within hours. Would definitely recommend!

The place was more beautiful and peaceful than I thought it would be. Very private. I loved staying in unit C for the privacy. Rooftop deck and garden seating at the entrance was awesome. Very zen like. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved how soft and snuggly it felt especially with the bed linens and pillows they chose. May have been a little smaller than I expected but great overall.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for my graduation weekend! With it being my family’s first time in Charleston, the proximity of John’s house to Shem Creek and the peninsula was an invaluable asset to the overall enjoyment of our trip. The pictures of the house are beautiful but it is even better in person. Ultimately, we managed to find the best house, location, and host for our trip to Charleston. Thank you, John!

The cutest place for a girls trip! We felt right at home and had the best time! Everything you needed was right at your fingertips and absolutely peaceful!

Highly recommend! Great location with restaurants around it, walkable and only a 10min drive to downtown Charleston. The only thing to keep in mind is you will be in the college part of the city so it can be a little noisy at night. Would stay again!

The unit was beautiful and clean and the location was perfect!

The location was perfect and close to most things in downtown, at most maybe a 15 min walk to the battery. It is also super close to the garage near the Marion square(however the parking is expensive all over Charleston and there is no in and out access). I would say that the steps up to the room might be hard to walk for some. Overall the stay was great and our host(Ashley) was super kind and responsive!!

Airbnb was exactly like Jen described. Jen responded immediately to any questions we had as well as seeking recommendations for additional parking which worked out great! I apologize for not having photos or videos of the place but we were in for my son’s wedding so we have lots of those! We did hangout outside Thursday evening and the shady umbrella was perfect! The Alexa came in handy to play music as we did not bring a small speaker! Perfect location for breakfast places as well as lunch and dinner restaurants all walking distance! Enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again !

This place is perfect to enjoy the heart of Charleston life. Right next to King Street wonderful restaurants, bagel shop, ice cream shop and by BTW bar. We had wonderful vacation and we would book this place again.

I really enjoyed my stay, Laurie was a very accommodating host and allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. The apartment was tidy, thoroughly cleaned, and easy to find. Would definitely recommend this airbnb for your trip to Charleston.

I had a wonderful stay at Jenny's home. Perfect, safe location for a solo female traveler. Central location so you are only minutes away from the beach and downtown Charleston.

Amazing is the best word to describe John’s condo. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation. There were tons of pots and pans in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies on the deck. Th location and access to the beach cannot be beat! Communication with John was excellent. I am already planning a return trip to the condo.

Charlie was very friendly and gave clear instructions prior to our arrival. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed exploring the island using the bicycles provided with the unit!

We’ve stayed in this complex before and it never disappoints. Dawn’s unit had a great layout and really comfy beds. We walked a ton, to the beach, to dinner, around the golf course. Even though it rained, we had a great time with a fun selection of games we hadn’t played before.

Great place. Great host that happily gave opinions and suggestions on the area. Really nice to have 3 bedrooms with three bathrooms. Clean. Good location. Would go back!! Recommend highly.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.
