The place was wonderful. We enjoyed every part of the house, felt like home. The pool was amazing, we loved it.

Amazing property, you get everything. The interior of the house was very nice with plenty of space and rooms. The price I paid was almost unbelievable for what I got. The only downside was the water pressure in the master bedroom, it was a little low. We were informed the hot water takes a bit to heat up which was accurate, but after heating up there was no real way to turn it down. Other than that the trip was a 10/10!

Perfect country setting for our family whose members ranged from senior citizens to a three year old. The indoor pool and hot tub provided hours of entertainment. We enjoyed the ability to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen. The memories made in the beautiful setting will be lasting. We appreciated your flexibility and willingness to extend our departure time.

You could tell that this home was well cared for and loved. Very clean, very warm & inviting. Beautiful quiet surroundings. Only wish we'd have found this place a few years ago while our daughter was still in college. Would highly recommend.

Feels like your right at home! Great host’s too

This house is on a lovely wooded lot out in the country and felt very private. It was perfect for our needs -- hosting family members to join us in celebrating our daughter's graduation from Bucknell, a 15-min drive away. (Closer than many of the hotels.) The house was clean, comfortable and Barbara was more than generous in having some basic groceries stocked for us. The only downside, which might be more of an issue for some, was a backdrop of smoke odor. It's slight enough to not notice a few minutes after you enter the house, but I know some people are more sensitive, which is why I mention it here.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful house, property and furnishings. This is an ideal location for anyone who loves nature and wants to get away from it all. The house is huge, full kitchen plenty of amenities, numerous rooms, very comfortable and spotless. The cherry on top was the host! David is extremely gracious and very accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to enjoy this property more!

Perfect location! Quick bike ride via the trail to little league World Series stadium and restaurants and shops. It was nice to park and leave the car at the rental and avoid the traffic in town. Very clean, everything as described. Very responsive and accommodating host. Would definitely stay again!

Our daughter's Bucknell chapter has come to a close, and we had the pleasure of celebrating her graduation this past weekend while staying at Simon and Virginia’s beautiful Pine Street home. The location truly cannot be beat, and the accommodations are pristine, thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. Over the past four years, we’ve stayed at both of Simon and Virginia’s homes about six or seven times and have loved every single stay. Their consistent hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth made each visit feel effortless and comfortable. We are so grateful to them for helping make our Bucknell experience even more special.

This place fit perfectly for us over a busy weekend attending the PIAA Championship. Great kitchen, great bedrooms, useful utilities and modern amenities. The hosts were proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

My coworkers and I loved staying in Marc's cottage! Everything was clean, check in was easy, and there was plenty of parking. Roomy house is located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Will stay again if in the area!

We choose this home due to the proximity to Penn State college and the price. We were moving our college student out and needed a place to stay. The hotels were ridiculously priced! I made food for his friend’s and was so happy with all the kitchen items! It had many seasonings, condiments, coffee. I loved that it had enough pots and pans and dishes as well! Bedrooms were a nice size. The great room was a bonus to entertain our guest. All and all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this home!

This was our 4th stay at Rockgirt and as usual it was perfect. The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are spotless. There is plenty of space for our large crew to relax. Mary Beth is a fantastic host and is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions are clear and concise. The place is fully equipped with everything we need for our party of eleven. If anything additional is required such as paper products or light bulbs, Mary Beth is just a quick text away. I can't express how much we all love our yearly outing at Rockgirt. Thank you Mary Beth! We look forward to visiting again in the Fall.

Betty's house was extremely enjoyable for our family of 4. It was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. We were in town for a sports tournament and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The home was perfect for our family. The location is beautiful, home was clean, and host was super responsive.

Very nice, comfortable house, with well equipped kitchen, and fantastic view. We sat and ate breakfast in the chairs next to the creek. Had fun with the ping pong table in the basement. David responded quickly and appropriately about a couple of minor maintenance issues we mentioned. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again.
