Condo vacation rentals in Watercolor

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—definitely one of the best we've experienced. The home was exactly as described: clean, well-equipped, and secure with attentive security guards. Parking was always available, which made things super convenient. The location is fantastic, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The highlight was the stunning, unobstructed ocean views and easy beach access. The helpful beach staff made relaxing days even better. We highly recommend this spot and will gladly stay again on our next visit!!

Marina's place was tastefully decorated and beautifully updated. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. The ocean water was so clear we could see stingrays, fish and dolphins from our balcony. She had just about anything you need for a beach vacation in the condo. Check in was a breeze. We appreciated that there was no key but instead code for door so we didn't have to worry about carrying a key around. Marina gave clear, timely communication. The whole experience was fantastic.

Casie provided clear instructions and always very communicative. The location was walking distance from the public beach access and very clean.

Definitely recommend Jodi! She got us all we needed promptly and in plenty of time before check in! Very responsive and a great host!

This was our second stay and it was amazing - again! The location is perfect and the unit is beautifully maintained and super clean. We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back!!

Great walkable location to stay at. AC was great and so was the view from the balcony. Felt right at home. We had a hiccup with an appliance but the host promptly resolved it and was in constant communication with us.

The condo was nice. The view from the balcony was great! There was a wagon on the deck with chairs for the beach although we didn’t use them and the kitchen is stocked with pots,pans and dishes. We had no issues with the elevators - never waited more than 2-3 minutes but we were also there on a not so busy week. The only issue we did have was the code for the gym door never worked. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB.

This was by far the best condo I’ve ever rented in my many years of vacationing. The layout was perfect!! Having a view from every room was amazing. I loved the supplies that the owners provided. And the little extra items that were provided that you don’t necessarily find in unit….such as bikes, cooler, several lounge chairs, collection of spices, laundry pods. I was very very impressed. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation experience.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

Great place for a weekend stay. Close to good restaurants and the beach. We didn’t utilize the amenities but they looked fine. Definitely worth the price.

Beautiful condo with a short walk to the beach. The place was super clean and the decor has a beach vibe. It’s great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

We will definitely book this place again! It was nice to be able to walk to the store, beach, and several restaurants. Having the pool right outside the back door was also nice. We never did hear the people outside using it in the evenings.

This place was EVERYTHING I expected and more. Great location, very quiet and peaceful. Onna was very responsive anytime I needed her. The home was so beautiful and clean. Minutes away from everything that was on my itinerary. 10/10!! I will definitely be back again!

Booked this last minute and wow amazing views. The spot was near everything but not near all the traffic of main Panama City. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs! Easy access to the beach and awesome it has its own bar , little shop , and small restaurants to purchase food. For a small family and quick trip to the beach would definitely my recommend.

Angela’s place was very clean and I felt right at home. There was a book with recommendations and clear instructions for the house. Had a wonderful stay!
