We were looking for an affordable but cozy place to spend the weekend in 30A for our 2 year anniversary. This was the perfect place for an overnight stay. It was very clean and a cozy/luxury feel. Private beach access is only a short walk (3 minute bike ride) from the villa. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book again whenever we are in town next! If you are looking for something that has the 30A feel on a smaller scale, this is your place!

I had an amazing stay in Santa Rosa Beach! The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the place was spotless and well-maintained. The Courtney was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right for my visit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Peter’s place after I had a TERRIBLE experience with another Airbnb. He was responsive and the place was PERFECT for what I needed! Right across from beach with a lovely pool. Can’t beat location.

The decor was absolutely on point, blending bohemian charm with cozy comfort! The location couldn't be better; just a short drive to 30a where there are beautiful beaches and a variety of restaurants. SO MUCH to explore. What really stood out to me was Christine's attention to detail and exceptional hospitality. She checked in on us daily, ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It's clear she genuinely cares about her guests and wants to create a memorable experience. I was looking for a clean, spacious place near the beach in Santa Rosa to be near relatives also staying in the area. It was literally across the street from the path to the beach. There were a few restaurants close by and a nice coffee shop next door. Kate and Jeremy were very quick to reply every time. There was a hurricane approaching the Gulf area and I inquired about evacuations and refunds. They were quick to note their policy and would keep in touch. We ended up staying with minimal bad weather and I would recommend this place to others.

We have stayed at 3 different condos over this summer/fall season and this one was literary THE BEST! Spotless clean! Spacious with stunning view! Everything we wanted was there. And Mike was very helpful host! My family and I are definitely going to stay there again!

Jess and Tom’s place was great! We loved the space, the bed was very comfortable and it was close to everything without being congested with tourists. Beach access was close by. Thanks for great communication and a memorable stay!

Loved Fred & Tom's cottage. Appreciated all the kitchen amenities. Away from the hustle/bustle of 30a, but easy to get to beach and all the restaurants. Lovely patio area perfect for morning coffee. Use of pool was an added benefit. Tom & Fred were perfect hosts. Will be our go to for future 30a get-aways.
