Luxury rentals in Walton County

The place was stunning! It’s well built and decorated beautifully. It’s cozy and inviting. The underglow lights on the cabinets are a nice feature that gave the perfect ambiance at night. The view from the rooftop was gorgeous. Perfect to watch the sunrise with your matcha or coffee. But even the view from the second and third story windows was nice with the trees and foliage as well. We were shocked at how quiet and peaceful it was considering it’s a popular area, with the beach so close. But the neighborhood was great, we were able to enjoy the pool and sitting out on the deck without a bunch of noise from cars or neighbors. We would love to stay here again. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we’ve had. The hosts were keeping us informed before check in. If there was a problem we knew they’d have helped right away.

Amazing home and pool! perfectly located on 30A, close to beach access and 15 min golf cart ride to either end of 30A but exceptionally private and serene. Overall a stunning home fit for family and friends to visit and responsive staff to tend to needs. only drawback was the pool guy and pest control showing up unannounced on two different occasions- that should have been communicated to us in advance.

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay with Paradise30A!!! The location and views were impeccable, the hosts were in constant communication and very responsive with any requests or questions we had, and every recommendation they gave us was wonderful!! We had the best girls trip and were so relaxed based on all of the accommodations. Of anything, we only wish the trip had been longer!

The home is stunning and was perfect for our large group of multiple families/generations! The beds were comfy and the views were incredible. I will say to make a note that you can not use the elevator (states not for guest use, so think about older people/groceries/luggage etc) and while it boasts having a ton of private beach frontage, I think there’s public beach access nearby because the beach in front of the home was very busy almost the entire time we were there. Two minor things to keep in mind but I’d definitely book again!

Responsive and friendly host, beautiful and clean home, incredible view, prime location! We will return for another visit and would recommend this house to friends and family. Exceeded our expectations!

Loved our stay. Super well equipped home especially with toddler gear. Really appreciate having plastic wear to use for the kids, as well as lots of baby gear to utilize. The location across from the park is fantastic. Love the pool alarm (albeit very annoying since the kids frequently set it off) but much appreciated from a safety standpoint. We will absolutely be back next year.

The house and location couldn't have been more perfect! We had a great week with the whole family including 3 little kids. This was our first trip to 30A and we all will be back but will be a bit spoiled by this place! The beach is a super easy walk and having the pool and an outdoor shower were key. The carriage house is an added bonus for those who want a bit more privacy (or don't want to wake up at 6:30am with the kids!) The house and the ammenties are beautiful, spacious, and well thought out for living at the beach. We chose to cook dinner each night (little kids, right?) and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with what we needed (bring storage bags and spices if you plan to cook). There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to bring down to the beach if you decide not to rent those that are already set up. Suggestion: bonfire on the beach! A big hit! We had a few minor issues, but Kalos communicated quickly to try and resolve them. Overall we had a really great week!

This stay was perfect for our girls trip! It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was amazing for evening swims or when we weren’t up for the beach. It was close to shopping and restaurants. All of us had our own space with our own bathroom which made it perfect to relax! Would 100% stay here again! Beautiful!

The Sands was a wonderful home for me and my extended family. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the most comfy bed linens. Loved that we were super close to the beach and the pool was amazing!
