Vacation rentals with a home theater in Washington County

Misti was very sweet and accomodating. The place was very cozy and the backyard was spectacular!

We had a fabulous time here with our kids and grandkids. There was so much to do onsite that we canceled a few outings! Derrick was quick to respond to questions, and eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We are already talking about our next trip here, and our kids were talking of bringing their in-laws here.

We had a wonderful stay! Mandi was very responsive and helpful with any inquiry we had. The house accommodated our group perfectly. The property was well maintained aside from some outdoor furniture that was damaged and lacking cushions. The linens and towels were all fresh and clean. The beds were all nice and comfortable including the bunk beds. There was plenty of seating to accommodate a large party and the location was great! We would most definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Jen’s place: it was stunning, clean and in immaculate conditions in a nice private area but still convenient to the everything. The place is big and comfortable and was perfect for our family and friend. Our kids loved the movie theater and the private outdoor patio overlooking the mountains and canyons was lovely. Every room had lots of closet space, the bathroom were spacious and stocked with full size toiletries. The host was proactive (she had the fridge stocked up with filtered cold water), super responsive, extremely flexible with check in and check out and super kind. She also gave us recommendations for places in town. The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher or a stove, but there is a microwave, toaster oven and hot plate. We were always out, so for us it wasn’t an issue. I wish there was a washer and dryer. It was one of the best places in which we stayed and no doubt the best host we have ever had. Highly recommend it!

The stay was perfect for getting to Zions and St. George. Quiet and beautiful views. The hot tub and theater room were so fun to enjoy. Our hosts were kind and helpful! We will be coming back!

Beautiful house, a lot of activities including basketball, tetherball, a pool, mini golf, giant chess, and an adjustable pickleball court that can become volleyball and even more inside! The scenery is amazing and the house is modern.

It’s the perfect pad! So pristine and cozy and more importantly, homey. Everything was immaculately cleaned and I would 10/10 recommend for your next stay in the area!

We had such an amazing stay at Matthew and Amy's place. My boys agreed 12, 10 and 4 lived in the pool! The house is so spacious and the kitchen has every appliance you could ever want. The stocked drawer of coffee pods, spice drawer and gift basket for smores was a nice surprise. My kids never wanted to leave! We really appreciate the effort you put into making it feel like home. We had a very relaxing stay. This might have been our favorite airbnb rental ever. We will be back!
