Beautiful 1700 sq ft loft apartment. Located in historic north side. Minutes from both the stadiums, night life, casino, and museums! Best suited for 2 but can accommodate 4. Hard wood floors. Exposed brick. Huge state of the art kitchen. Beautifully executed bathroom with a walk in shower and massive soaking tub. If the bathtub isn't enough for you there is a hot tub located in the light well 1 floor down from the loft. Our other AirB&B is a Plus.

My family and I came to the city for a wedding. This house was absolutely perfect! It was large enough to accommodate all of us and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, along with extra linens. We came across a few questions during our stay and the host was very prompt in responding to all messages. The host/co-host were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay was absolutely terrific! Rick was an incredibly attentive host, reaching out days before our arrival to make sure we were familiar with the entry system and had everything we needed for a smooth, stress-free start. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, a wonderful basket of snacks and a fantastic list of his favorite local spots, which we really appreciated. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every modern amenity we could ask for. Rick checked in with us periodically to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. The location couldn’t have been better—nestled on a charming street in a lovely neighborhood, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and essentials. It was a perfect home base for visiting the University of Pittsburgh and getting downtown quickly and easily. Highly recommend this stay—we would absolutely return!

Faran's place was large and comfortable. It was perfect for our home-away-from-home and very child-friendly. Faran always communicated extremely quickly with us and we appreciated the lack of check-out duties! It worked well for us as a family with 3 small kids and my husband working from home-the 3rd floor bedroom is a great work from home space as it's very private, and we loved the trundle beds in the kids' room. The only caveats I will give are: it could have been a bit cleaner, and the stairs to the 2nd floor are definitely not baby/toddler friendly, but Faran is so helpful that if you need a baby gate, I think he would probably provide one if you asked, or you could bring your own. Otherwise a very easy, relaxing place to stay with little kids.

Everything about this house and the hosts was wonderful! The house is gorgeous with lots of space and in a superb location - I actually wanted to buy it but sadly for me, it's not for sale. The house was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. The hot tub and porch swing were an awesome touch. The host(s) were communicative and very responsive. The only thing I could say might be negative is that the neighbors sat on their porch almost nightly which is right outside of the living room area and that was noisy but not too over the top. I've stayed a different property owned by Chad last year, and would definitely book with him and his team in the future. If you're wondering if you should book your stay here, do it!

Our family stayed 2 nights to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The house was accessible to all major Pittsburgh activities- it was a true experience to navigate the streets & hills of Pittsburgh. The house is beautifully decorated- we felt right at home!
