Apartment vacation rentals in Warren

A very good spot for larger groups that are interested in experiencing one of Cleveland's better neighborhoods (and very good donut shop 2 blocks away). The upstairs level does not have central air, but there was a portable AC that did a good job of cooling off the area. There were plenty of towels & linens provided, and having access to a washer/dryer was also helpful.

Very clean, great location, awesome communication, had everything we needed and we don't have a single complaint. I recommend this to anyone and if I come to this area again, I will definitely look this spot up!

Great location - great space! Communication was excellent and information provided very timely. We had to add a day to our reservation and we were able to do so easily. Pretty good stay at Kia’s place! It’s very clean, well stocked with supplies, well located. It was a rainy late night when we checked in so we at first had trouble finding the right entrance to the parking lot, but once we figured out it’s very straightforward. Kia is super responsive and gave us helpful tips. A couple notes - 1. The building doesn’t have elevator so we had to carry a 50lbs bag to 2nd floor, which isn’t that big of a deal but definitely not the most convenient 2. The floor. As other comments mentioned, the floor is squeaky. And there’s a spot where the floor has a hole and some loose pieces. The spot was covered by an area rug but the rug moves around on the slippery floor so you will have to be careful when walking around.

This place was nice and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the little balcony is a nice feature.

Great stay! This place is in a wonderful neighborhood and has excellent amenities. It was clean, check in was smooth, and Paul and Barb were super responsive! My only quibble would be that the laundry room coin machine was often out of service, but Paul and Barb came by to exchange cash for coins when I needed—just make sure you plan a little ahead!

We had a great stay! Location was great and was walkable to a coffee shop across the street in the morning, short walk to downtown shops/restaurants and shirt drive to surrounding wineries. They stay that I had at Joaquins location was truly magnificent. Both Joaquin and Jim are the friendliest, kindest, and most sincere invididuals I have ever met. They were always there for me, for whatever the necessity, and their response times are incredibly fast. Always ready to assist and accommodate. From the incredible experiences, to the people I met throughout my 5 month extended stay, I never once felt out of place and their ability to entertain and include is second to none. For anyone in the future looking for a place that is truly a home away from home and are having reservations about Joaquins listing, please erase those thoughts from your mind. This is a place I would return to in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone. On top of eveything the unit is beautiful, cozy and the surrounding neighborhood is very safe, never once did I have any issues.

We enjoy staying at Melanie's place. it's clean, homey and convenient to shopping, restaurants and best of all my grandchildren. we will hopefully, stay there again next year.

We loved Andreas’s place in Little Italy. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from CWRU and wanted to stay close to her, the restaurants and walking distance to graduation. This fit the bill! The apartment is in a great location, and beautifully furnished. Felt like home away from home. So easy to check in. I had a few questions for Andrea once there and she immediately got back to me. Extra touches like coffee, sugar and creamer packets in the kitchen were a nice touch. Great linens and towels. And we loved having a balcony. Parking in the driveway which is narrow is tight (we have a Telluride). We ended up parking on the street after the first night so that was easy but it is a nice bonus to have a driveway in Little Italy!! Overall we loved this Airbnb and would totally recommend it. Just beautiful!!

This place was great. Nice location convenient to everything I needed. Nice and spacious, comfortable bed, pillows, and room to work. Cozy living room area, spacious kitchen and everything updated were some of the key points I enjoyed. My only complaints were that a couple basic amenities were not restocked by housekeeping, but the host resolved that upon request. The kitchen sink never worked during stay but it wasn’t that big of deal. The water pressure in the shower was also very low and takes the water a few minutes to get hot. Checkin was a little difficult at night not being able to see the place or the color of the door indicated in the picture due to a storm door being installed after the picture was taken I presume. Overall the place was great and fit my needs. I would recommend to other travelers. The host is very responsive and there is someone that stays on property should you need anything, it’s addressed within the hour.

The location was great, right on Random street in Little Italy and host flexibility and responsiveness was great! The house is a 100 year plus conversion, with a smallish bathroom. Neighbours were helpful and friendly. The only downside is the narrow passage leading to the house which is the third house down a narrow passage from the street - lugging enormous luggage over the uneven path to and from the uber taxis was exhausting! My son did discover mites in his bedroom and quilt; Steve and Amanda you might want to look at that.

Our stay was wonder! Everything was extremely clean and Kevin’s instructions were fast and easy to follow. The property is gorgeous. We even had the pleasure of a deer walk up next to the deck while we were in the hot tub!

10/10 would recommend! My wife and I stayed here before going to the Lights Festival in PA and we felt right at home. Clean house, hot tub was clean and felt wonderful, amenities were very nice. All in all our stay was a complete success! Thank you Kevin for being very responsive as well with any questions we had. Truly a great experience.

Fun little spot!

Super cute spot with tons of great little bars and restaurants in walking distance! The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and an awesome touch! Boyfriend even said we should book this place again when we come back to the area. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Little Italy was perfect, and this place went above and beyond our expectations. Our hosts really thought of everything, from cleanliness and comfort, to little things like extra toothbrushes and phone chargers. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic as well. The location was incredible, down a quiet street in the heart of Little Italy, so it was a short walk to some of the best Italian food and Gelato I've ever had, and an adorable and delicious bakery. Overall the perfect stay.

I've never stayed at an Airbnb with such thoughtful details - snacks, waters, coffee pods, creamer, towels crafted to look like swans, games, etc. The massage chair was great! We didn't have time to try the sauna or hot tub, but definitely next time. Hassan was so nice and responsive. The location is incredible! It's a very quick walk to Little Italy. We'd love to stay here again the next time we're in the area! Thank you!
