Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

We loved the location because the house was very cool, had a fantastic view and the grounds were great. We liked walking our dog in the neighborhood. We live in Southern California in a similar neighborhood but some might find the drive to the house a little challenging but well worth it when you get there! We hope to stay again next time we visit our daughter.

Laura and Darren were wonderful hosts! They are very friendly and pleasant people, and communication with them was super easy. This place is fantastic — it truly feels like the perfect spot for a vacation. Everything was spotless, and we didn’t miss a thing. The location is very peaceful, and you can enjoy the beautiful nature and the absolutely breathtaking view. It feels like you’re living there yourself, with total privacy. We had a great stay this past weekend. The house was nicely updated and wonderfully equipped for anything you might need for a beach vacation. It was very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. They even provided dog bowls, treats and waste bags. The outdoor area had ample seating and was a great space for a dog sniffari and the humans to hang out. It’s a short walk to the beach and Harbor Cafe which has a great brunch menu. Would gladly stay here again.

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.
