Host was very easy to communicate with. Accommodated an early check in with us. Space is small and attached to home but still felt private. Pool is a shared space which didn’t bother us at all. The only struggle we faced was opening and closing the gate to the entrance to get to the private suite. It was hard to lift and latch. Other than that everything else was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Close to the highway for travels. Enjoyed our stay thank you!

Tim and Nickie were amazing for our first ever stay in the Daytona area, super responsive, helpful, and made you feel at home. Had a lovely time hope to be back soon!

We stayed here for rockville and I was not expecting much but they made us cookies, have a nice little binder filled with recommendations, a beautiful bathroom, bedroom and backyard with a beautiful pool and plenty of pool amenities! 10/10 would stay again, great host and great place. Especially great for couples due to the poolside privacy

As a return guest ( and a super host myself), Carolyn is one of the most “ super” hosts I have ever stayed with! Lovely property that exemplifies relaxed Fla living with a lovely garden with TiKi hut, outside shower and privacy. Especially nice at night with garden lights on as cool breezes surround you. Fabulous host that we have stayed with before and will definitely stay with again! Nice and thoughtful amenities and convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay ! Very nice place , and was easy to navigate. The host was a pleasure to work with.

I was in town for a tennis tournament and they were walkable to Sanlando Park. Quiet, clean neighborhood, quiet clean home. Still close to supermarkets and restaurants. They also had a massage chair and yeah, now I need a damn message chair.

We had an awesome stay. The property was clean, comfortable with full amenities. The location is fabulous. Steps from the beach; walking distance to some restaurants and a supermarket. Easy check-in process and good communications with the host. Ormond Beach is a gem. Wonderful beach with great restaurants on Granada Ave. Short drive to Daytona and Flagler make this a great spot.

Amazing stay! The host was very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to great restaurants and attractions. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

The Cuartito was perfect for our needs, nicely tucked away and private. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Richard was very pleasant and responsive throughout our stay.

La La's Beach house was perfect. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend if you want peace and quiet yet walking distance to everything. We couldn't have been more pleased with this find!

This is a nice studio apartment. It was dated but very clean and well appointed, great for any short term stay. in a good location near center of town. Host was very good with communication.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb bungalow for over a month and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for working remotely. I had everything I needed to stay productive during the week, and on weekends, I was just a short drive from historic downtown Sanford, which is full of unique eateries and fun local events happening almost every weekend. What really made the stay special, though, were the hosts, Jordan and Kate. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always quick to help if I needed anything. Since they live right next door, it was reassuring to know they were close by, but they were never intrusive—just kind neighbors who genuinely care about their guests’ experience.
