This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.)
