Vacation rentals with a balcony in Venetian Lagoon

This is the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed! We were warmly welcomed by Leopoldo who offered to carry our luggages two floors up to the apartment (he also helped us during check out) and kindly showed us around the apartment during check in. There were many other thoughtful details in the apartment, such as a providing makeup remover sheets and a manual on how things work in the apartment, and food/tour recommendations. PLEASE try the first restaurant on the good and affordable list. Their seafood pasta was the best we had during our trip to Italy. We definitely appreciated the beautiful furnishings which made us feel right at home, and not just the bare necessities like many other airbnbs we’ve stayed. The bedsheets were softer than the one I had at home too and I slept so well despite there being some noise from the streets. Location wise, it’s really near the train station and there’s plenty of food options and shopping around. This is a must-stay in the beautiful city of Venice!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice thanks to Arrigo! He welcomed us at the vaporetto station (so much better than a key locker!) and he recommended us the best places to see and to eat. The appartement is wonderful and very well located in a quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Was de perfecte plek! Goede locatie, niet al te druk. Appartement zelf was sfeervol en comfortabel. Erg fijn om je terug te trekken na een drukke dag, ruime woonkamer en prima badkamer. Instructies van de host waren ook top! Als ik nog een keer zou teruggaan, zou ik hier weer verblijven

My husband, my 18 year old son, and I very much enjoyed our stay at Irene's apartment last week. The apartment matched the description and pictures and had everything we needed during our time there. My son loved having the loft space to himself. The apartment is convenient to the train station which was important to us and we easily walked to and from it for arrival and departure. As some reviews mention, the stairs can be a little difficult to navigate with luggage, but it wasn't a problem for us. Irene was very accessible and responsive and kindly accommodated an early check in, which we really appreciated. She also provided a list of restaurant recommendations, even though she has guide books under her profile (which I had forgotten about at the time). A great stay and a great host. Would definitely recommend. We loved our stay in Venice!

My husband and I choose Francesca's nest on the venetian roof's for our first ever visit to Venice for our 40th birthday's and we couldn't be happier, it was perfect and we loved it! It was easy to find from Francesca's directions. It does have 4 flights of stairs but we didn't find this an issue, it's also what gave the best views from the roof terrace and a canal view from the bedroom window. The bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything you need and it was very clean. One thing worth mentioning is the plug sockets are 3 pins, although Francesca did leave 2 adaptors for 2 pin plugs. It is walking distance to most of the main attractions in Venice, has supermarkets, restaurants and a fruit and veg boat right outside. There was also luggage storage next to the Coop as well, i think 5 euro's a piece. It was the perfect base and we will definitely come back!

This was my second time to stay here ( which says a lot, that I returned to the same apartment) and it was as wonderful as the first stay. Maria Caterrina meets you on arrival and is so welcoming and you just feel immediately at home. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The balcony is the best part though - whether enjoying morning coffee or evening wine, watching the boats and gondolas go by - it’s just incredible! The central location is also perfect. We took a private water taxi both arriving from Chioggia port, and departing to Santa Maria train station, which was so easy and convenient from the dock right outside the apartment. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment when visiting Venice.

The great thing about Cristina’s place is that it’s away from the madness of the centre while still being within walking distance. It was a relief to get back to our peaceful area after a day of the crowds! We took our 1 year old and the local playground was really handy. Lots of decent restaurants nearby too and right by the water- it is all so picturesque. We were warmly welcomed at check in. A comfortable stay for 3 nights, thank you.

Великолепная квартира с приватной территорией и парковкой. Везде очень чисто, отличное постельное бельё и очень удобная кровать, полностью укомплектованная кухня, со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, качественный wi-fi, отличная веранда, очень близко к центру. Тихо, уютно и очень приятно находиться здесь. Полностью соответствует и даже превосходит ожидания. Огромное спасибо Фабиане, за возможность находиться здесь.
