Vacation rentals with lake access in Venetian Lagoon

Perfect place to stay if you don’t mind share bathroom. We enjoyed our stay at Filippos place for one night, close to airport that suited us as we had late flight. Thank you ☺️

Everything was superlative. Filipo was super, friendly, always available to us. He provided us with snacks and drinks. Helped us with transportation. The villa is great, has in the yard a lake with swans. It's a wonder to wake up in such an environment. Spacious rooms, minimalistly furnished but clean. Bathrooms on both levels, equipped with everything you need. Transportation from Treviso to the villa kinda hard for lack of taxis, but it's not up to the host. It's great if you have a car. I highly recommend staying at this villa. Thank you, Filipo! For sure, if we come back to Venice, man see us again! 👍

Great location, close to restaurants within walking distance. Wide free parking is available. Filippo is very kind and helpful. Quiet room (inside a courtyard with a garden overlooking the Sile) clean and well furnished. Also recommended for those who have to take the plane from Treviso: the airport can be reached by car in three minutes.

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at Eugenio’s apartment! The space was clean, spacious, and located in a lovely, walkable neighborhood with a great local vibe—away from the overly touristy and crowded areas, which we really appreciated. It felt like a more authentic slice of the city. Eugenio was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. One small note (not really a negative, just something to keep in mind): you’ll need to confirm your arrival time in advance, as Eugenio personally meets you to hand over the keys. It was no issue for us, just good to know when planning your arrival. All in all, we’d absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic time in Venice Lido at Une's apartment. We were a group of 12 people and we settled in very well. The apartment is close to the vaporetto stop (10 min walk), which allows you to get to Venice without a problem. We were looking to be a little away from Venice, in a house that would allow us to have a garden, more spacious, but at the same time, well located for transfers to the different excursions we had planned. And Une's house brings all these features together very well. It is true, to mention one small criticism, that some beds are already somewhat old and would require a replacement, but in general, we all rested well. Otherwise, Une and Lisa - who is the one who welcomed us - were attentive at all times to any need that might arise. In short, Une's house is highly recommended for relatively large groups who want to have a little more space to be able to visit charming Veneto.

Nayin's apartment is equipped with every service, convenient for the surrounding activities and the presence of two bathrooms is an added value. Nayin is an available, kind and caring host. Highly recommended to stay here

Pietro was so great, engaged so much in giving us different recommendations. Very friendly. The location is amazing and Pietro helped us to reserve a good parking place in the city. We were 5 people and the place was very good.

Thank you Alice for welcoming us into the apartment and sending us additional information about how to get to the airport! We felt that the hosts were very responsive and there for us if we had any other questions. The location was good - walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit and close to water taxi stations if needed. Enjoyed the canal view from the kitchen and bedroom… fun to watch the boats pass by! Very nice kitchen with espresso machine and microwave and TV was cool to have. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

It went very well Cavalinno is an ideal place to spend your stay. Very nice apartment close to shops . Quiet facing the lagoon with terraces. A place where you want to go back for sure . Benedetta was very kind and welcoming to us . Thank you for everything I would recommend it
