Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Venetian Lagoon

Hidden gem! What else is there to say? Venice is an amazing city, and this is our second 3-night stay. Several years ago, we stayed in Dorsoduro area which was also very nice, but this time we chose Cannaregio, and we could not have chosen a better home to rest our feet for three nights. The back garden and hot tub were an amazing treat, and to be honest, we were a bit skeptical if they would live up to our hopes, but our hopes were surpassed! When we arrived, the hot tub was already hot, and the prosecco was already cold. The housekeeper, Mrs Grazia was very sweet and helpful, ready as soon as we arrived to help us get comfortable, then gave us our privacy. Another thing... in all the hundred or so vacation rentals around the world we have stayed in, this one had the absolute best toilet paper. I mean it. To some people, that might not seem like a big deal, but trust me, most hosts put in the cheap stuff, and little touches like that matter to me. Quit looking - stay here!

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

We had a great stay at Andree's for our 3 day trip end of May. The place was much bigger than expected and very clean! It is about 5min walk to the water bus station S Thomas. We loved the neighbourhood - it's central enough to walk to places but more private and quiet. Definitely a good night's sleep guaranteed! We thought about choosing a place near Realto Bridge but I am so glad we didn't (It was way too busy and noisy!) We had to cook meals for our grandma and there are 2 supermarkets close by which came in handy! Also lots of cute shops within walking distance! Highly recommend Andree's place to stay!

Incredible place to stay, super private and peaceful with a bright and open interior and lovely outside seating area, the place was spotless with was nice interior decor touches giving the place that added bit of personality. The walk in closet is a brilliant space to store both clothes and luggage and really added a little something extra the space, as well as the glass staircase which is beautiful (if not a little scary to walk on initially). Well connected location with easy access to train stations and plenty of good restaurants and places to stop for ice cream along the way. The owners were super responsive as well which just made everything so much easier. Brilliant place to stay, cannot recommend enough!

Andrea is an exceptional host, highly responsible and responsive. We stayed in the apartment for 27 nights, and it truly became our home away from home. The location is absolutely stunning. This isn’t my first time in Venice, but this has become my favorite neighborhood. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, and there are plenty of shops nearby. Mornings with coffee in the picturesque Santo Stefano Square are simply unforgettable.

Fabulous place to stay. Very spacious. Two kitchens. Lovely rooftop. Easy to find. Parking at the door. It's really well located as we took a day trip everyday...including a couple of days into Venice. Nicola was a very responsive host. Thank you.

We had a great time. Magnificent place and animal lover. My two canons were at the top! I recommend it because in addition to being a beautiful place, it is 15 minutes from Treviso and a little more from Venice the top

We only spent one night at Alvise's property and can confirm the many positive reviews. Having organized a trip to Venice, the accommodation was the perfect choice to reach the lagoon with a few minutes by a comfortable train. The accommodation is just in front of the train station and without stress we arrived very quickly. The parking inside the property was very comfortable, the room nice is spacious and clean and the breakfast fantastic as it is very well cared for with selected quality products and 0 km away. Super recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Frederica and her father are wonderful hosts. The communication is fast and accurate. The reception in the cottage was pleasant and Stephan was very friendly. The house is very nice. All comforts are provided. The garden is beautiful. Unfortunately, we were unable to make much use of it due to the bad weather. The location of the house is very convenient, close to Padua and halfway between Verona and Venice. A trip to the Dolomites is also fine from here. In short, a fantastic house in a very good place. We'd love to come back!

The property was exactly as pictured and described! It’s tucked away in a lovely, quiet spot, and the location is simply perfect. Everything you could ever need is just a stone’s throw away. Our host was also fantastic, they made us feel like we were right at home 😊
