It is a very spacious apartment with a beautiful garden view. The place is very tidy. Also it's within walking distance from the town center. Luca and his family were great hosts, quick to respond on arrival. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

From the already excellent reviews we arrived with many expectations: all fully met kind host, always available, responsive, very competent. Quiet place, matching the description, description also has a large fenced garden with a children's space/hammocks and deckchairs. Excellent and sufficient utensils in the apartment (washing machine, drying rack, pots, dishes, etc.) Perfect room, clean, attention to detail, very clean sheets, climate. First beach 15 minutes away, nearby landmarks, great for cycling. Much better than I could have imagined for the price we paid. We'll definitely be back

Super location close to Venice, Noale, and Padua. The yard was fantastic for our two dogs to roam, and the cottage was well equipped for nice relaxing stay. Plenty of heating options were available, and I cannot say enough about Adri and Eugenio's hospitality during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay there again!

Beautiful house surrounded by greenery overlooking the Piave, in a magical place and in a strategic position. Very spacious, clean, bright, cozy. It is equipped with heating, a pellet stove, a fireplace and a wood-burning stove. We used it during the Easter period, so it was a bit cold and it wasn't worth heating it up for just two days of use. Definitely worth returning in the summer!

Revel's apartment was amazing - probably the best AirBnB I've stayed at. Super clean and high quality throughout with a ton of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. But even better were the quick and helpful responses at late and early hours when I was trying to solve a travel problem. Would 100% recommend staying here as Revel was a great host and the place was located in a charming and central location in San Marco Venezia. Thank you Revel!

Raffaella and Armando's house is perfect for those who want to stay in Venice, without being overwhelmed by the confusion. You can reach Venice by bus and train. The advice of Raffaella and her husband was invaluable for visiting Venice, beyond the tourist spots.

Fantastic apartment in a great location very close to St Marks Square and lots of restaurants. The views from the rooftop terrace and the lounge windows are fabulous, and the terrace was great for breakfast and an early evening drink. The apartment was beautifully furnished on the kitchen well equipped. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable.

We had the most lovely stay for a couple of nights. Helped being able to leave bags after check out. Great location and a lovely room. Would definitely go back!

The place was absolutely fantastic and the host was so responsive and helpful. The location is in one of the busiest and most touristy areas of Venice, but the apartment was still so peaceful and quiet during the night. Nothing bad to say. Would absolutely stay again.

Hi y'all, We loved staying at Lucio's place. It was an apartment in the middle of living in Venice. Close to all the sights and well located. Everything can be reached on foot. Lucio was very sweet and accommodating. He took the time and gave us many helpful and great tips. It was great! We would book the apartment again. It is quiet and super central. We had an amazing 7 day stay at Piera’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless, we cooked our breakfasts and dinners every day. Piera supplied us with plenty of firewood so we could make fires in the evening to keep us cozy and warm. The view from the garden was stunning. We enjoyed our evening cocktails outside, admiring the beautiful view. The yard was all fenced in—a huge bonus for our Labrador dog. There are many nice trails for hiking and biking. And there are many towns and cities within a short drive/train ride away for nice day trips. We would definitely come back and recommend Piera’s house to our friends and family. Thank you, Piera!

The house and the grounds are right out a movie, very impressive

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.
