Let "My Sea Shack" be your home away from home while you recharge your mind, body and soul on our island oasis, North Captiva! We are an unspoiled, low-key tropical paradise off the coast of Southwest Florida. This means that our beaches are uncrowded, and tourists and traffic are just a mainland memory! Leave your car and your cares at the marina because this island is only accessible by water taxi, boat or private aircraft. Each day, after exploring our paradise (by provided golf cart), let this spacious property welcome you back. Our new stilt home was built in 2018 and is ready to meet all your vacation needs! It features 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch which will comfortably sleep 6. The master’s over-sized king bed will provide a nightly hug and a warm place to dream. Not tired quite yet...put on some tv and fall asleep while watching your favorite show on the flat screen. The 2nd bedroom can accommodate 3 people eaily with a comfy queen bed and twin. This room also has a flat screen making it a little easier for guests or little ones to doze off. In the morning, start your day off with your cup of coffee or tea on our sprawling deck. Relax and unwind in this comfortable home away from home! Spend your days on our beaches or stay as busy as you’d like with four on-island restaurants, two bars, kayak rentals, fishing charters, private chefs, cabana rentals, craft making opportunities, bicycle rentals, sunset cruises and our favorite - island hopping charters! My Sea Shack also comes with resort like amenities…take a dip in the community pool, play a game of tennis, enjoy priority seating at Safety Harbor’s restaurant -> On The Water or bring your private boat and have access to a boat slip (small daily fee applies). What makes this property TRULY SPECIAL though is the fact that it is only a 2-minute walk to Safety Harbor’s private beach entrance. This beach is so secluded, you will feel like you are on your own private beach. Choose your itinerary, let us take care of the rest~ your next adventure on North Captiva awaits. HOW TO GET TO THE ISLAND AND HOUSE Island Girl Charters has a ferry that runs from Pine Island to North Captiva. At the marina, you can leave your vehicle there. The boat crew will load up your luggage and groceries onto the ferry and you will be on your way..the actual ride is only about 20 minutes long. Many times you will see dolphins trailing behind as you make your way to the island. Upon arriving at the Safety Harbor drop off, our conceirge service will pick you up and load your belongings onto a trailer. If this is the first time, they will be happy to give you a quick tour before taking you to the house. The conceirge service will also take you back to Safety Harbor upon departure. We had an amazing stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We spent so much time on the back patio and pool which was private and relaxing! We will definitely be back to stay with Brandon again!!

This home is absolutely breathtaking!!! The property felt like our own private island – peaceful, secluded, and incredibly quiet and private. The views were absolutely stunning, the palm trees, the sunsets....it was truly picture-perfect! The entire environment was so calming and serene, making it the ultimate spot to relax and unwind. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and stocked with every amenity you could think of. We felt soooo comfortable and relaxed! The host made sure everything was ready for us, and it truly felt like a slice of paradise. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and private getaway!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!
