Charming Home in the Heart of Uptown Dallas

Enjoy all the best that Dallas has to offer in this charming home in the trendy State-Thomas neighborhood in Uptown. Wake up refreshed with gourmet coffee at the Alcove cafe across the street, then go explore the neighborhood and many nearby parks. After you are done exploring, dine at one of the many renown restaurants in the neighborhood or grab a drink at Dallas's hippest cocktail lounge, Parliament. Spacious layout, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, hi-speed Wi-Fi, SlingTV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, Espn+, and private 2-car garage. Centrally located and close to everything! LIVING SPACE: 60" TV with Directtv, Sofa and Love-seat, fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials, half bathroom on the second floor BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with a full bathroom for each. Each bedroom contains a queen bed with fresh, clean linens and a plush mattress and pillows. The upstairs master also has a super comfy pull out sofa queen bed. A queen size auto-inflate mattress is available as well. It is 22" deep and can easily fit 2 person. Let us know before arrival so that we can set it up! You will have full access to our entire home, including access to a private-attached two car garage. We are always available if needed. The neighborhood boasts a Walk Score of 90, a stone's throw away from Whole Foods and great restaurants and bars. Nearby parks include Griggs Park, Sammons Park, and Klyde Warren Park. Centrally located to everything, you can walk or use the M line trolley to get around uptown and downtown for free. Uber is available and convenient or you can also drive and park in the home’s attached 2 car garage. Rental bikes and scooters are also scattered throughout the State and Thomas neighborhood. The *free* McKinney Avenue Trolley is a few blocks away. It can take you all around Uptown for free. Uber and Lyft is also available. Modern, Dog Friendly Apartment with a Private Patio

Pour a cup of coffee, grab one of the many books about Dallas on the living room shelf, and have a seat on the sunny patio to plan a day of exploring. Concrete floors and modern furnishings conjure a radiant, energized aura within this apartment. The front yard, private courtyard, and of course the unit itself. There is nothing else onsite to have access to. The apartment is attached to our main house but separated you the garage so there are no adjoining walls. We see most of the guests in the drive way coming and going but it’s very private otherwise. Located in the Cityplace neighborhood between Uptown and Knox-Henderson, you are minutes away from Downtown, Oak Lawn, East Dallas, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum as well as Highland Park and North Park Mall. Biking would be easy but I wouldn’t attempt to walk to any of the restaurant or shopping areas. They are close but a bit more than a walk. We have private parking dedicated to the air bnb unit. There is also plenty of street parking always readily available. The apartment is attached to my main house. Typically we are gone on the weekends but always available via phone or text. It is completely separate from our house and has a key box for easy entry. The location is amazing. Its blocks from Lower Greenville, blocks from Knox/Henderson area, minutes from downtown and Deep Ellum, located in Uptown Dallas just behind Uptown LA Fitness and Uptown Kroger, across the highway from West Village, and its about 5 minutes from Oak Lawn. It has easy access to Highway 75, Hwy 45 (Houston), North Texas Tollway, and Hwy 35E.
