Family-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Grand Lagoon

We had a fantastic stay! Alan was super helpful and clear with check in/out instructions. The elevators are quick, and it was super easy to get up to the room. The condo had a beautiful view and was exactly as pictured. The location is perfect and on the quieter end of the beach. The included beach chairs/umbrella was a nice touch and the guys who work the beach service stand were more than helpful. 10/10 place to stay!

My wife and I loved staying at Mike and Brenda’s! The space was clean, quiet, and allowed for plenty of space. We loved making our meals in the nice kitchen and spending down time on the balcony that had an ocean view. Will stay here again when we come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua 201! Kim’s instructions from the beginning were easy & informative. The second floor unit overlooking the pool and ocean was perfect. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made the unit feel even more spacious. Balconies from the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were a pleasant surprise as we enjoyed watching the night-life and cruising. Restaurants were within walking distance; Pier Park was a fun place we visited a few times; Pineapple Willy’s was about a 20 minute drive; Target & Walmart were 5 minutes away. We went to The Wicked Wheel twice for dinner- definitely recommend! Parking is $50 for the week, & we always felt safe. Beach chairs/umbrella are available for $40/day in front of the condo, but we brought our own chairs & tent, even though Kim does have chairs/umbrellas/toys available. The washer/dryer was perfect every day we came up from the beach! This condo was definitely our home away from home…with the best views! We will be back for sure!

We love Carol’s place and have returned several times. The view is stunning, the condo has anything you could need, the shower is awesome, and the bed is amazingly comfortable! Highly recommend this for your next stay in PCB.

I don’t think I could say one thing negative about this place! Everything was literally perfect. From the space itself to the location. We are already looking at two other dates to book!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The bed was super comfy, the decor gave it a great vibe, and TVs in every room were a bonus. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, laundry pods were provided, and the outdoor space (with a few lizard sightings!) was lovely. The host was responsive and everything went smoothly—would definitely stay again.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

January's place was cozy and welcoming. it is in a great location, you can easily walk to many restaurants. perfect place for a small family.. would stay again!! also January had great communication and always answered fast..

Amy was a wonderful host! She greeted us upon our arrival. She was very attentive to our questions or any needs that arose. We appreciated the beautiful decor that gave us the coziness and comfort of home. All the amenities made our stay evermore enjoyable. The carriage house is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful area of Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach. The sunsets were spectacular against the clear blue water and powder white sand. A true paradise! We really enjoyed our month stay at the lovely carriage house. Tom & Sandy

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect getaway. 30A can be hectic. At this location we were a few steps from the beach, and easy access to all the area has to offer. We often moved around by bikes and there are many restaurants and shops you can easily access. We could walk to inlet beach in just a few minutes. The house was spacious and it was nice to sit and relax in the porch or in the backyard by the fire

Jeff and Cindy’s place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. There were several pools, a gym and courts and only a short walk to the beach.

My family had a great time. The resort pool is great for kids, and the staff was nice. We would love to come back and stay longer.

Look no further, this is the one!! Beautiful end unit on the 22nd floor. Tons of natural light. Long Balcony with 5 chairs. 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable furnishings. Susie is an excellent host, from start to finish. The view is phenomenal. You can see all the way down the strip, as well as the ocean, which is only feet away. Condo is large, and the rooms are separate, so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Pier Park, and all it has to offer, is just steps away from this resort. The pool is not overly crowded and we were able to get chairs every day. 2 beach chairs also come with the rental. You won't regret this one.

This was an amazing location with beautiful views from the large balcony. Very peaceful and relaxing. Had a small leak and Amy was very responsive and easy to reach. Definitely recommend!

This place was the perfect, most comfortable space I’ve been to in a while. It’s ideal for a couple who wants to get away from the chaos of the world, with the type of privacy we had. I would definitely recommend this one for personal getaway needs!

Stayed for the entire month and absolutely loved the location at the quiet end of the beach. Public beach access is basically across the street thru the public beach parking lot. There is a good BBQ restaurant next door and a bike rental shop a block east. Publix and Winn Dixie are a couple of miles away plus a super Walmart within 10 minutes. The unit had everything we needed and matched the description provided. The mattress in the front bedroom was a little too firm for us but that is just a personal preference. Would definitely recommend and try to reserve the next time we vacation there.
