Apartment vacation rentals in Upper Grand Lagoon

The location was beautiful! You’re right on the beach in a private area so it’s never packed. We didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere and it’s a very reasonable walk to quite a few restaurants and Walmart for groceries/ needs. Although there is a coffee maker, you will need to provide your own coffee beans!! The pool was very nice and relaxing, but it was freezing and definitely not heated (no fault of the host)! There’s a nice hot tub to keep warm. We would definitely stay again! Thankful to Josh for a great stay:)

Place was as described and so convenient! Came for Ironman Florida and the proximity helped so much to eliminate any further stress! Being on a low floor meant rarely waiting for an elevator when we were not bringing a lot to and from the condo! The views were not compromised at all on a low floor, and noise was never a problem. Comfortable beds and great pillows make all the difference between an OK and a great nights sleep, and this place had both!

We loved our stay here! With 2 pools, beach view, simple walk down to the beach from the condo, Pineapple Willy’s right next door, it was great! John answered all my questions in a timely manner and the place was very clean and nice. Price was great and the place was perfect for myself, my husband and our 2 small children. Would definitely book again! Checking in and out was super easy!!

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

Quaint little house in a cute and quiet street with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 2 minute drive to lots of restaurants and icecream shops. It was very clean upon arrival and the host was responsive and helpful with any questions/comments we had. Even though it was small inside, it managed to be perfect for 5 girls and the back patio also allows for more gathering space

Kyle's place is and as always clean, warm and inviting. I love our many stays at this condo! Kyle as a host is amazing. He responds promptly to messages. Afive-star host

The condo was everything it promises. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be provide pot holders and washcloths. We didn't feel comfortable using the outside grill. A few notes about the building itself. We felt it was not too guest friendly when checking in. All times of the day, luggage carts were kept locked and requested we leave a driver's license until cart was returned. Shopping carts required a refundable $5.00 token purchase.

Great guy help some broke college students out. Cheap uber from everywhere.

Randi was a welcoming and friendly host. The apt is quiet & private- a great retreat! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and ample kitchen to prep meals but also close to lots of restaurants. Very nice!

Perfect area, our stay was comfortable and we had lots of fun!

We visited during spring break and enjoyed our stay at Marcie’s place! We’ve stayed in the complex once before in a different unit and we preferred hers. It is at the back of the complex but that did not make the walk any longer than an additional minute than the last unit we stayed in. She was quick to respond and let us know ahead of time that we could have an early check in (which was very appreciated since we were driving in and it was storming). Our only negative was that we kept forgetting to take Moses on our adventures! Now we’ll have to stay again so we can include him! Thanks again, Marcie! :)

Very first time using Air BnB, instructions were clear and host very responsive to any questions I had. Would be great for a family with kids going on vacation, the bunks in the hallway were so cute!

Pretty much was as expected only thing was the two beds are in the same room. Wasn’t thrilled about that but that was probably my misunderstanding and we made it work. Everything we needed was there. Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Comfy and cozy spot, really quiet out there. We caught fish from the dock and enjoyed the view!

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

My husband, dog, and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it! Carillon Beach is absolutely beautiful, the pools are amazing, and community is lovely. We loved being close to 30a and hopping around all the beach towns in the evenings, as well as being near pier park for our dog :) The unit is exactly what is pictured and had ample space for us. Seriously our dream vacation, we will 1000000% be back!

Place was as described, super easy to be at the pool or beach whenever you wanted. Kristy was sooo nice. Very flexible, very clear instructions and recommended great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Astrid’s place is absolutely perfect for a beach stay in PCB! The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully updated, and has the most incredible ocean view. Astrid is incredibly responsive and so friendly and helpful. You can rent a wagon and cooler and purchase beach towels from the front desk, which is very helpful if flying in. The other guests of the resort can be a little loud, but security is helpful and responsive and quiet hours are enforced. The beach is absolutely perfect, and the ability to pop quickly up to the unit to refill waters and grab snacks is ideal. We loved sitting on the patio after a day at the beach to watch the sunset! Would definitely recommend Astrid’s place if staying in PCB.

Absolutely loved our stay here - peaceful beach, very comfortable condo and had everything we needed. Ashley was incredibly attentive and quick to respond.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here in Rosemary! We would love to stay here again as soon as we can!
