Vacation rentals with a home theater in Upper Bavaria

The place is really very spacious and has plenty of space. Everything was very clean and tidy and very nicely prepared. We felt very comfortable and unbeatable especially for the price for so many people. Only small note: A majority of the beds are sofa beds. For a longer period of time, it is not so suitable for sensitive backs.

Wolfgang's apartment is highly recommended. Ideally located for our purposes (business trip to Frankfurt), so we only had to leave the motorway for a short time. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet, which was also very important to us. Easy to reach and uncomplicated check-in.

We felt right at home. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, flooded with light and with a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. We felt really comfortable, also thanks to the super equipped kitchen with the Belleza sieve carrier machine. Mike is a great guy and the place is very nice. The zone is also pretty good near central and quiet in the night. Is a great place!

At first it was a bit hard to find the entrance to the property, which was also due to the darkness when we arrived. The communication with Asya went smoothly and he was always ready to respond and friendly. The place was clean and had everything you need for a few days. It is well located near a bus station and the metro is also within walking distance. You had good cell phone reception and the wifi worked spotlessly. When we arrived, the apartment was already heated and we were welcomed with a warm feeling. In our experience, we are unable to confirm what was stated in the first guest's review. We would highly recommend apartment as Asya is a very good host and you notice that he wants to allow his guests a good stay. 👍

Really nice guy ! Nice space !

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! Great stay in Garmisch. Really nice place, spacious and well located. Short walk to super market and bus stop for ski lifts. Only this that was a slight issue for us was that two bed rooms were upstairs and one in basement so none of the kids wanted to sleep downstairs in their own.. but that might work well for other guests. Despite this we had a great stay, communication was great, facilities were great and we were even allowed to check in early after an awful journey.

Michael and Lena were very nice hosts with a great house in a great location. It was all as in the photos, we felt right at home there. The cats were great, very affectionate and cute, we missed them after the holiday! You can do a lot in the area: cycling, hiking, swimming, sup riding,...We would definitely come back.

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

We felt extremely comfortable! The house has incredibly good amenities and a great atmosphere. There is everything you could ask for. The location is also great! Christoph and his family are extremely kind and courteous people! I even got a birthday cake as a gift.... Gladly and very soon again.

Kenji is just the best host. He made sure that I have all required information, he replied to all my messages within a spare of moment, he really did his best to take care of me and my stay at his place. On top of this, he was exceptionally kind, for example he sent me a message just after I checked-out saying thank you for removing the pillowcase from the bedding. My stay was 10/10 and I highly recommend Kenji as a host.

Very good and quiet place to stay with great communication from the host .

From the moment we met Patrick and Amelie, they were very personable and welcoming. They walked us through the entire house, which exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures on the website. The location is very close to the train station, with great access to local amenities throughout the Munich area such as restaurants and Oktoberfest. They gave us great recommendations such as the Deutsches museum and their favorite restaurants, and transportation to get there. The beautiful balcony sitting off the edge of the kitchen was something we used every day. A really nice touch was that upon arriving, they offered us a bottle of wine and snacks. We immediately felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here!
