The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of Schwabing, Munich's most vibrant district! The space is perfect for up to two guests, with a comfortable sofa bed that opens up into a bed. The apartment is located on the famous Leopoldstr, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and with easy access to public transport. Just 15 minutes from the Oktoberfest and 5 minutes from the Englischer Garten by bus. To access the kitchen, you pass through the living room.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 15.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.

Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. A good coffee machine and coffee and tea cooker and a fridge available for our guests so you can prepare your own breakfast.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is located within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz station, ice stadium and the town center with pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, we no longer offer breakfast from 2025.
