Wonderful. We had a fantastic stay in this great apartment with our 2 boys (aged 12 and 14). Extremely well equipped, comfortable, thoughtful layout and great view of the mountains from the balcony. The surrounding garden is beautiful. The apartment is in a great location for hiking, rafting and exploring the area, with shops nearby. Sophia and family were welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend.

A little old-fashioned but well located and comfortable. Quiet and green. A microwave or oven would have been a plus.

Great location for exploring with quick access to several hiking trails and all of the main attractions in the area. Small, cozy space had everything I needed plus a beautiful view.

We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful stay. The house is in a great location, you have your privacy and is immediately at the train station or even at the cow escape waterfalls. The house is super equipped, you really have everything you need and more. Check in and check out were very easy. We highly recommend it

We really enjoyed the days in Ramsau as a family. The home is modern and very clean. Still, it's warm and comfortable. We particularly liked the oven and bench in the bedroom. The view is simply unforgettable. We didn't miss anything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful and neat. Violetta gave us a warm welcome and gave good tips for hikes nearby. And the nature is breathtaking.

We stayed for 5 nights in the apartment of the Aschauer family. We've been more than satisfied The place was super clean and just like the pictures. Ms. Aschauer is a very sweet and open-minded person. She gave us many tips for the region, which were very helpful, especially during the rainy days. The contact was always very polite and we will definitely come back again. All in all, we highly recommend the place! Thank you for the great time! :)

Spacious, well equipped and very cozy place. It includes 2 bathrooms, which would be convenient for a family. I also liked the yard with a table, you can have a meal looking at the mountain peaks. I liked the location, it is a little far from the bus/train station and big grocery stores (15 minutes walk), but very close to the mountain with the excellent hiking trails. The bedrooms are on the undeground floor, but the ventilation is good there. Excellent place!

Wonderful apartment to stay in in Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. Great location (adjacent to the Alpspitzbahn) with wonderful views of the valley (very relaxing to listen to the cowbells ringing during the night). Only one note: listing says paid washer and paid dryer available in building, but instead Marion the host will do your laundry for you (for a fee). Not as convenient as being able to do your own laundry, especially if you're mid-trip and have a couple of loads to do. (But better than no laundry at all!)

It was a very pleasant experience in everything. We especially liked the balconies, where we could watch the sunset/sunrise. Also, the apartment was pleasantly warm due to the heating floor. From the apartment you also have good transport connections, so you can explore the area with buses. We would like to thank Claudia again here for the pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay and recommend this place to other renters! Down the street a gastronomical restaurant and every we walked along the river which is right behind!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The cabin is just great and cozy. There are many walking opportunities to stop in. Kathi was very nice and always available.

We had a great time at cabin 9. The cabin has everything you need. Especially the Zuber and the sauna are ideal for warming up and relaxing on cold days. For the cleaning fee, I would have expected a little more cleanliness in one place or another such as sauna or Zuber, although it could also have been due to the fact that no one was in the cabin for a long time before us. Frank is a super nice host who welcomed us warmly. The cabin has everything you need and is comfortably furnished. The location is very good, there are good restaurants, hiking trails and attractions. Although several cabins are located together, you have enough peace and privacy. Thank you for everything!

We spent a week in the beautiful cabin. The absolutely quiet location directly by the forest is the highlight for us. We arrived several times at the inn on the Predigtstuhl, which is only 200 m from the log cabin. Since we found porcini mushrooms, we "had" to cook and found everything for it. The beds were very comfortable and covered with Wernigerode bed linen. We also enjoyed the sauna. Andreas is a very attentive host and is committed to the wellness of his guests. It is a rustic mountain hut with everything you need for a week of skiing. If the weather doesn't play along, the location is a little restrictive. Our arrival was in the mist, which made finding the cabin very difficult. Luckily, the lift staff was very helpful. Communication was very good, check-in without problems.
