Very cozy cottage, well equipped, oven, sauna and bathtub were a delight in freezing winter temperatures. Great location for winter sports or hiking. Very nice communication. In any case, we will remember this very, very nice place!

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

The chalet is very nice, we felt right at home. The location is great for hiking, there is shopping on site. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend our host. Communication was fast and hassle-free. Thank You!

We had a great weekend at Katja's chalet. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Ample towels and bathrobes were provided. Wood for the pool was also available and the sauna heated to 90 degrees within an hour. As a small "deficiency" I would complain about the heating time of the pool. It took a good 6 hours to heat up to a pleasant 40 degrees. Then it kept the heat but great. As a major drawback, we found the privacy in the pool and sauna. During the day, you sat like on a pedestal. And in the evening/night. A neighbor ran with her dog in the garden and again we were not undisturbed. Also if you turned on the light at/in the pool or were in front of the sauna. We still enjoyed the stay very much

Very convenient and super pretty place to get to really know the german alpen, close to everything and delighted family who is willing to help you with everything, super silent and beautiful scenary, super clean rooms and facilities, equiped with everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was very good, being able to cycle. Surroundings are beautiful, nice and quiet. Been to the end of our holiday to Adele's concert in Munich. In short, enough to enjoy yourself now that we are back at home.

Everything was great ! You immediately feel very comfortable and can start with the sauna directly into relaxation....

Our stay at the Chalet was simply fantastic. The location is breathtaking – in the middle of nature, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately ensures relaxation. The organization was excellent, and nothing was missing. Everything you need for a relaxing stay was on site, and we felt comfortable from the beginning. If you're looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Cute little garden hut, as described. Quiet and nice view into the garden. Cosy warm also in Winter. Ingrid was very helpful.

Perfect installation with the bare minimum in kitchen and tableware, and unfortunately not offering accessibility to the lake on foot. Only one downside: the cold water for the kitchen, because we didn't have hot water there but in summer it didn't bother us much. Thank you Christopher!

This little house is super cute and comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend it. Although there is no AC, so I can imagine that perhaps it could be very hot. The only negative comment I have is that is cleaning fee is higher than the nightly room rate, so in the end this made the rental very expensive, and this felt a bit like a bad suprise.
