Dagmar and Burkhard are absolutely amazing hosts. Upon arrival, they picked us from the train station and talked through all the details about their place, and helped us with our travel plan. We really felt welcomed. The place itself is also a gem, amazing design with many automated elements, and it has all the amenities that you would ever need. Plus it is very convinently located. It is a misfortune that we only stayed two days, and we would love to come back.

This is how Airbnb is fun. The apartment is perfectly equipped and very clean. Come in and feel comfortable. The hosts are also extremely friendly and the communication is open and answers are very quick. So everything is great and therefore a very clear recommendation. You'll be happy to come back.

Our stay at Andreas' place was just perfect in all aspects. We spent 8 days at his apartment, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.. Andreas and his wife were very kind and pro active making us feel we were at home. They helped us on finding places opened during Holidays and places to visit.. Small details made the whole difference for me and my family. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is also very good.. a calm neighborhood and only 20min by train from downtown. I would definitely recommend Andreas' place to anyone!

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. A wonderful temporary home – absolutely recommended! I was allowed to spend three weeks (Jan/Feb-2025) in this beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment – and it was perfect! Everything is well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. Especially the bed is a dream – you sleep like on clouds. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, the ambiance is stylish and welcoming. The location is ideal: quiet but central. I was able to park my car safely in the yard. A highlight was the host Andrea: always available, discreet and incredibly accommodating. Every inquiry was answered immediately, check-in was completely straightforward. I particularly appreciated her hospitality when my girlfriend visited me briefly. This apartment is perfect for short and long stays. I felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Full recommendation!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

This apartment is a place to relax and feel good. As soon as you enter, you can feel the cozy atmosphere and the cleanliness is just perfect. The lovingly furnished kitchen with everything you need leaves nothing to be desired. The living room invites you to linger with a cozy sofa bed, TV and other amenities. But the absolute highlight is the breathtaking view of the Zugspitze. It is simply indescribably beautiful and makes the stay an unforgettable experience. The hosts are amazingly friendly and warm. The reception with hot tea and warm hot water bottles in the bed was simply wonderful. They take time to show and explain everything so you feel welcome right away. And Aline's full body massage was also very pleasant and she responds to the needs of the customer. This apartment is a place to fall in love with and we recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Great equipped accommodation in a lovely location. Really, from the kettle to the baking paper and coffee powder, it has it all. Wolfgang is very friendly and easily accessible. Two notes that were not clear to me until the day of arrival: - The pool and sauna are public areas. The sauna is small (for about two people), costs extra and can only be paid in €1 increments (about €1/15 minutes, until sauna is hot plan about half an hour - so sauna session about €4-5). - The garden is also for other hotel/apartment guests and you have to cross a road to get there. Nevertheless: Everything is positive and the place is highly recommended! Thanks + happy to come back!

A very nice apartment, super located. There is a summer toboggan run, a whale peak path and numerous hiking trails nearby. If the weather is not so good, you can spend time in the swimming pool or in the sauna in the house. A restaurant with delicious food is also available nearby. The apartment itself is nicely spacious, clean, has a sufficiently large balcony and a rain shower. All in all we had a comfortable stay.

We would like to find other words than the positive reviews already stated because...it was just beautiful, exactly as described and just so lovingly decorated and decorated and cuddly. It can immediately be seen when you see Bettina, what a loving, hearty person Bettina is - and Andy certainly also - had only communicated a little more with Bettina. :) Starting point for soooo many nice trips. We were there over Christmas and she presented us with a Christmas bouquet and a Christmas bag/gift. Sooooo sweet. Thank you for everything. Anyone who has something to complain about here cannot be helped. Love from us wholeheartedly.

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation in agreement with us on Airbnb. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
