Great place to be! Felt at home...

The apartment (well suited for a family with children) is located in a beautiful picturesque mountain area. The place is quietly located, but there is a small village shop right next door (there is almost everything there) and in the immediate vicinity there are also opportunities to eat on foot. In the immediate vicinity you can hike to the fantastic Walchensee, as well as to farms, a waterfall and other beautiful places. The condo is well equipped. The apartment is located on a street, but the windows are super tight. The beds are very comfortable and the fireplace (wood was available) made it look "cozy". Contact with the hosts was friendly and reliable. We enjoyed the stay.

A fantastic place to stay. Carols daughter Petra was extremely welcoming and gave some great recommendations. Although the decor is tastefully dated you had everything you need and loads of space, the river was just amazing too.

We spent a family holiday there with 2 children, grandma and aunt. The property was ideally suited for this. Sonja and her family are very kind and straightforward. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a hassle-free check-in in the beautiful cottage, where we lacked nothing. We were able to find everything, had nice information about the area and therefore it was all in all a great stay.

I went with my family on a little trip to Munich (Monday-Friday). We stayed with Gerd, wonderfully easy with public transport. Easy to take the bus to all the things we wanted to see. Lovely room with room for all 6 of us, small kitchen where we could just sit around the table. There was good life in the house with the other tenants. We enjoyed staying there and if we are going back to Munich we will enjoy staying there again.

Nicola and Albert were wonderful hosts - very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Great location for our visit to IFAT.

Located on the top floor of a family house the layout is very well done . Check-in is easy. we recommend

Sebastian 77 It was a great stay just outside Munich. A nice and clean apartment, perfect for a small family. There are all kinds of things in the area. Supermarket, restaurants, recreation, etc. Until the next time.

An incredibly cute house in a cute neighborhood surrounded by nice parks and a super convenient U bahn station just steps from the house. Martina and Frank and the neighbors Kati and Stephen who also help out if needed, were all so helpful and communicative with everything. The photos don’t show the nice covered patio and outdoor seating area.

Although I stayed for a short time, the stay was very accomodating and June is a proactive and responsive host 😊

Superb stay at Carmen's place, the host is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. 🙋‍♀️ It was my first time visiting the city and she provided me with all necessary information i needed to explore it (transportation, the best shops, the best restaurants and more). The room is equipped with necessary documentation about the city (maps, bus lines, photos, important phone numbers) ✅ The kitchen is also well equipped 👌 The shower is perfect 🚿 After all the space was organized, clean and very quiet. ✨

Lovely apartment, especially for families with smaller children. Toys available, that's always great :)

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in Munich at Stefanie's place. She was very responsive, met us upon arrival with a friendly greeting and gave us such great advice and recommendations. The place was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. It is VERY easy to get into the city and the area was nice an quiet for a great nights sleep. If you are considering a trip to Munich and have a group that needs to spread out a little definitely book Stefanie's place.

Duc and his family have been perfect hosts for our group, very friendly and kind! The house was beautiful, modern and fully equipped: as Italian we appreciated a lot the fantastic coffee machine.
