During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

We were received very nicely, the loft was/is even more beautiful than the pictures. Simply perfect, whether kitchen, bathroom or living/sleeping area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of dishes, utensils and kitchen accessories. All in all a successful stay, we will be happy to come back.

very nice apartment, very close to Augsburg, about 20 minutes ,in a rural setting. nothing is missing...and if it was the case , Hubert and his mom are there to help you... very helpful and pleasant person. i travel a lot for my work, especially in Germany, and I admit that I have rarely found a place of this quality at this price. i recommend it.

Communication with Tina was great, she was very flexible with my arrival. She showed me everything and had also picked out some events. In case of problems, Tina immediately had a solution ready. The loft is large and well ventilated. It is a little darker than in the photos, as there is only one window front. But several artificial light sources make up for it. There is a small “terrace” with table and chairs right at the entrance, but since there is the street directly there, I recommend going to the beautiful, large garden. Quiet and relaxing hours can be spent here. There are plenty of seating and lying options and especially the many animals running around are really cute. There are two pigs, two horses, a goose, several ducks and chickens and two dogs. The Wi-Fi was fine in terms of quality, but in my view it is not enough for home office. I can recommend Lake Brombach & Waisin's Thai Massage.

We had a great stay at Armin’s apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rain shower was amazing—such a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz, which made sightseeing and dining out super convenient. As an all-female group, we really appreciated how safe the apartment and neighborhood felt. Armin was a pleasure to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Munich!
